Nice products, Staff were helpful when asked although I felt customer service was hit and miss. I got the feeling they were talking about me while I was browsing. They made no effort to hiding their smirks when I looked up from making my payment at the till point. Felt like I was transported back in time to the days of snidey high school girls. Hence the three stars. I would suggest that staff try to interact with customers a little more instead of the obvious lack of consideration to why I was actually in the shop. Reason: buying a bracelet for my 9 yr old daughters birthday (maybe send them around the corner to lush for a lesson in good service).Not one to write a bad review unless I feel it is necessary.

Fantastic selection of gifts at great prices. Very friendly helpful staff who can add extra little touches to the jewelry. Well worth a look around!

Lovely shop & products but the staff??? RUDE. Visited the Carlisle shop today & not one of the girls behind the counter even acknowledged our presence . Far too busy socialising, laughing & talking about their weekend plans & a colleagues Facebook account! Instead of interrupting their obviously important plans we left & went elsewhere again without any acknowledgement. Such a shame as the shop is lovely, but bought a gift elsewhere. Will stick to Katie Loxton online in future...

Bought a few family members some nice gifts out of here polite staff always willing to help and at a very affordable price range would definitely suggest coming here to look if you are interested in coming I came to look and I would definitely buy for gifts from here again

Nice shop not expensive and very pleasant staff

Very reasonable priced. I brought three bracelets for my bridesmaids. They wrapped them up and the bags had there personalised names on them. X
