His costs are very reasonable, and the quality of the repairs is perfect. When further issues with our roof we're identified, Henry was able to help us find a cost effective way to complete the repairs properly without a full roof repair. We'd tried for a while to find a local company to replace some tiles and repair a section of leaky guttering and this company were honest and reliable. We had a massive leak in our roof that heavy rain started pouring through right above our newly remodeled kitchen. Henry was able to fit in a quick visit to assess the job, gave me a quote, and scheduled a date to come back and fix the leak all in the first visit.Pricing is very fair, it never felt like I was being upsold, expectations were clear, and suggestions were all really helpful and appreciated. On discovering a leak coming from my chimney I called Cannock roofing and Henry came out promptly to quote for the repair. The work was carried out shortly after to an exceptional standard, the chimney was repointed, re-leaded, capped and the leak was fixed. Small repairs on anything are always problematic. It's getting someone out to do the job. No problem with these guys. They couldn't have been more helpful. They were very professional, courteous, and just very good guys. I highly recommend them if you need work on your roof.

Very happy with the work done, Henry keeps you up to date with progress of the job and they are polite and very tidy, they cleaned up ALL of the mess, and it was a lot, we had a couple of issues after it was done and they were sorted quite quickly. We feel confident that if we need to, we can ask Henry about any problems in the future.
