Anthony Flint Estate Agents have been faultless in selling my home. Anthony came to carry out a valuation and I immediately felt at ease and confident that they would do their best to sell my house. Anthony and his team were prompt in getting the house up for sale. As we had already moved out of the area I wasn't expecting an easy sale. I gave the keys to Anthony and they organised and attended the viewings and the house sold within a couple of days. Unfortunately my buyer wasn't the fastest to get into gear. The team were very reassuring and kept me up to date through all the stages. They even arranged the removal of excess items in the house. The communication has been great from beginning to end. Wishing Anthony Patrick and Samantha all the best for the future.

We originally purchased our property with them and as we had received a thoroughly professional service we had no hesitation in renting out our property through them and having Anthony Flint as our Managing Agent.They have been brilliant and very professional in all aspects of their communication with us throughout the whole process from finding new tennants to making sure the moving in process for the tennants was completed in a thorough and professional manner.I would also like to place on record all the staff at Anthony Flint have been brilliant. We originally bought our property through them during the recent tough times of Covid and have to say the whole team when covering for each other were remarkable and maintained a high level of service throughout those testing times.We have no hesitation in recommending Anthony Flint.

By chance, Anthony Flint Estate Agents were the agents for a house that we loved from the instant we stepped inside. The agent doing the viewing, Jan, was extremely helpful and pointed out all the salient features of the house and answered all our questions. Our offer was dealt with professionally and we were kept fully informed by Jan of all the difficulties the seller was creating, whether by accident or design. I feel that a different agent may not have succesfully handled the sale to us, or indeed any other buyer!

We've rented for a few years now and experienced a few different estate agents - so far Anthony Flint have been the friendliest, most helpful and very professional. They make the process of renting less complicated, give you all the information you need and are very quick with their responses. They make you, as a tenant, feel equally as respected as the landlords, and it feels like a more personal renting process. I found it particularly lovely that Natasha and Rachel went out of their way to remember our pet's name too. Unfortunately many letting agents seem to only the have the best interests of the landlords at the fore - so this is a refreshing change. So far any questions we've had have been promptly responded to, and they have been excellent in keeping an open communication between us and our landlords.

For the two and a half years we have used Anthony Flint as the Letting Agents for our property, we have been greatly impressed with their very friendly and efficient service, offering excellent advice and dealing with our queries promptly.
