Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
One of the worst service experiences imaginable. Had a carpet fitted 2 years ago, and I'm still angry about it. The shop salesman was rude to the point of visible contempt. The fitter didn't turn up on the day agreed, and when I rang to chase, the company had no knowledge of the booking. They found it in the records, but had no details about the particular carpet we'd chosen. When the fitter did turn up (another day's annual leave gone) he wanted extra money for basic fittings. It then became clear the salesman had ignored my measurements, because it was too short by 1ft, and the fitter had to infill with an offcut.

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
Check for damage before you pay the fitters! We are building our own house, upstairs fully decorated and ready to sign off, after having the carpets fitted we have had to fill areas and Re paint damaged walls and skirting boards. We had carpets fitted Monday , I notified the company straight away of the damage and was told they would get back to me , I emailed Tuesday again with pictures and still nothing! The customer care is shocking !!! We have dealt with the damage ourselves, and are still awaiting an apology! Shame as the carpets are lovely but this has ruined our experience with this company and created yet more work for us! Obviously don’t care they have their money , make sure you check everything.... don’t trust them like us ...

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
Absolutely Fabulous were extremely helpful from start to finish. Wide choice of carpets, Phil was always ready to assist and give advice, the carpet was ordered, delivered and fitted within 2 weeks. The fitters were professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Absolutely Fabulous again and can recommend.

My experience inside the shop was great, but the real success story comes from the fitter you use. James Portman ! His work is exceptional, his personal touch and advise is exceptional. I know he might not be directly employed by you but the more you recommend James to your customers the better it will be for you.RegardsStephan Fourie

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
Had to give 5 stars - If I could give more I would. All the guys, from the shop floor to management, to the fitters, were so helpful and friendly. We were on a very short timescale and they went over and above to help us. Looks amazing and we’re so happy, thank you! We won’t hesitate to come to you if we need any work in the future :)

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
Beyond pleased with the flooring supplied and fitted by Absolutely Fabulous! We found the entire experience totally convenient for us, from the location of the showroom, to helping with choices & the home visit for the quotation to the actual fitting of the floor. Phil was available to answer any queries really quickly & always happy to help! Adam who fitted the floor was with us for a week, he has done such a good job and couldn’t fault a thing! We wouldn’t hesitate to use absolutely fabulous flooring again, they were fantastic!

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
Absolutely brilliant experience in the showroom with them helping us to choose the right flooring, and the fitter did a wonderful job of transforming the house, unfortunately marked down because the fitter added on additional costs to the final bill without telling us in advance (he said it took longer because of a damp issue when it actually took the same length of time as the original quote, he just had to do the work in two separate chunks once it had dried out) and because he had to bevel the edges of the tiles as the manufacturer hadn't done them, leaving them with a sharp edge. At the time I had asked if that meant the tiles should be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement but he said he had a tool to do it instead. I don't see why we have been charged for a manufacturing defect.

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
We couldn't be happier with the service we received, from coming into the shop to having carpets fitted. Advice was honest and clear so we could make the right choice and communication was great. The carpets look fantastic and we were really happy with the price. You would have hardly known the fitters had been here afterwards and heavy furniture was moved without any quibbles. We realised at the last minute we needed underlay replacing on the stairs and they went above and beyond to sort it out. Don't bother looking elsewhere in Worcester, just go to Ab Fab ;-)

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
We visited today 15/11/22, to view some ideas for flooring for a kitchen and bathrooms. Rio looked after us and could not have been more helpful. He patiently went through all the samples we wanted to look at and gave us additional ideas we had not thought off. He also supplied us with really good samples to take away so we could work out what would go with our current and proposed design schemes. Some of the best customer service we have received in a long time.

Absolutely Fabulous Flooring
Delighted with the end result, Karndean in the living areas and carpet in the bedroom. Looking very smart, even Toby loves the carpet!
