Ordering tickets online is a joke.I currently have five pending bank transactions for two tickets which I haven’t got! Currently trying to get through to ticket office been on hold 45 mins and counting!!! Just been cut off after nearly an hour ! Gone back into buy tickets can’t find any now together absolutely disgusting

Impossible to speak to anyone, if you're lucky enough to get past the please call back bit you go into a queue, you then go further down the queue every few minutes, how is that possible??? Villa have finally joined the big clubs who care not one iota about it's real fans
