I cannot praise these guys enough. For two years I was told by my two local independent motor bike shops that the clunk I head on breaking was due to “loose pads” and not to worry. I went in with a different problem that I will come onto but they instantly said “you know you have a loose headstock” and sorted it. But the big praise comes from a problem I had with the carbs that again my local aid they cleaned out and even used an ultra sonic cleaner on. Still was riding like a dog. These guys again pulled them Everything apart did the job properly and I have my greyhound back again. Simply put if you want a job done RIGHT these are the go to guys.

Best place ever! Still without a doubt the best bike shop on the island even for oveners! Maybe not grockles but then they only want to rub their greasy fish and chip fingers on new bikes then waddle off back to the high street ! Great for bike servicing, getting you on the road and keeping you there. Hats off to Adrian, Lindsay and Mark!Living the dream :)

A bit before Covid I was on the island visiting family when I had a problem with the bike (ST1300), turned up late afternoon and was told it would take a day or so for them to get to it which would have meant extending my stay. Turns out the guy I dealt with decided to stay late and fix it so it was ready for me first thing in the morning, I call that going above and beyond and I can't praise or recommend these guys enough.

Excellent business and friendly staff, had my 8000 mile service and MOT done this morning. Very accommodating as I do not live on the island, and made the appointment last week (my normal dealer did not have any people trained up to do the MOT), they rearranged their schedule so I could drop the bike off at 8:30 and pick it up lunch time. They also offered me the loan of a bike, even though I did not buy my bike from them.Spent the rest of the day riding around the island before catching the ferry back to Yarmouth late afternoon.

I had my touring bicycle serviced here and it ran better than from straight out of the shop. Plus I received very professional and personable service. After 3000 miles, still no issues with my bike. Wouldn't hesitate to go here again for any bicycle issues.
