We have been really delighted with Aldiss of Fakenham. We have brought so much from them when rerenovating our Country cottage 'Scotagte cottage' in Norfolk. When it comes to renovating a country cottage, finding the right furnishings can be a challenge. That's why we were so thrilled to have discovered Aldiss of Fakenham. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional, offering us guidance and support every step of the way. Never been to this department store before. I was impressed with the range and quality of everything on sale. Will definitely be making the trip to Fakenham to shop there in the future. Only down side didn't have room on my wall for this picture.Would certainly recommend a visit.

Highly disappointed. Some of the staff were so miserable. If you are in a disabled buggy then you won't get round some parts. Me and my wife had to move a wheeled shelf as a lady got stuck in her buggy. Some of the saucepan should be down the middle in lidle.Such a disappointing experience, what have they done.

A good old fashion Department Store, everything you need in one place, with quality products. A visit to the cafeteria is must and is excellent value. Wish I lived nearer.

We visited this lovely store 09/11/2023 to purchase bedding for our new home.We were overwhelmed with the amount of choice so ended up confused about what to buy.We were fortunate enough to be assisted by Mandy (homeware)She was so knowledgeable, listened to our needs & guided us accordingly.She had time for us & was an absolute pleasure to deal with & made our shopping experience a joy.Thank you Mandy for your outstanding service!
