Unfortunately for me I booked with TUI who were less than useless . I popped into Hays for advice and they were amazing . Will definitely book with them next time .TUI are just awful!

All I wanted was 50 USD to pay for a visa for my holiday. The person behind the counter had to get a second person to authorise it and they wouldn't even discuss it without setting up a profile" and wanting all my details pretty much up to my inside leg ! Not very happy with hays travel just arr last night at the idas hotel just been told my guests everything is closedown no entertainment we 1130 pounds for 7 nights
