Retirement Housing from Housing and Care 21 on Southsea seafront.This block is of 40 units comprising studio/1 bed/2 bed flats. Each flat has Careline, they are pet friendly and have a non-resident manager.Communal areas of the block are clean and pleasant.

Friend of mine and her mum live here. I'm on the waiting list. It's a lovely place. The manager Tony" is very helpful and I can't wait to move in. Very clean and well maintained. Tenants comfort and needs are very well met. Sociable and very much arranged around tenants requirements. Nice garden area st front of building for relaxing and fresh air. Opposite Southsea beach
