Continues to ignore emails for 4 weeks, emails were sent every week chasing for update. It just takes 5 mins to respond to an email from the acting solicitor. This review is for Luton branch. Better communication is needed. This is not the standard of service any one would expect. This is an honest review from property investor who has been in real esate business for many years. I will not be using their service.

I was recommended to use Daljit a few years ago for a property sale and had absolutely no hesitation in going straight back when I needed a probate sale handled. Daljit is calm, collected, never known to be flustered and gives solid advice in language that is very relatable to non-law trained people. I hope I have done with property buying and selling for a good while now but would have no hesitation to recommend Daljit to anyone looking for an efficient, professional service without drama or added stress.

We were recommmended Taylor Walton who had also had a good experience using Taylor Walton to sell a house. Daljit was really friendly and helpful from the start and was extremely patient in taking us through the whole process of buying / selling. We had a few bumps and delays and Daljit was always brilliant at keeping us informed and chasing the relevant parties. Would highly recommend and would be sure to use Taylor Walton again in the future

The team at Taylor Walton were increibly thorough and efficient with their communication. I was kept informed at every point and even when my main contact went on holiday I was told of his cover and the process kept moving. They also recommended solutions to a few of the issues that arose which I wouldn't have known what to do with. I've used other solicitors in the past who have been slow and frustrating, I'll be coming back to these guys for sure.
