Christ Church

A truly beautiful Church in a magnificent location in the village of Deiniolen with the glorious mountains of Snowdonia as a dramatic backdrop. The big fine strong looking church was first consecrated in September 1857 and was designed to hold more than 600 people hence it's imposing size and strength. Very well maintained graveyard, and parking is adequate directly in front of the church. When snow covers the mountains behind this church and visibility is good I would rate it as the most beautiful church I have ever seen. The church was sadly closed when I visited though.
