Would strongly recommend you avoid this company, they're a nightmare to deal with. had booked in for quote, no show 4 times. with me having to try and contact them, difficult when they won't answer the phone, to find out what was happening and me staying in an entire weekend waiting. Given benefit of the doubt and again still no show. Over promised under delivered.In reply :True we never met as you kept not showing up as you have just confirmed. I was more than accommodating to your reasoning for not turning up or why else would i agree to you comeing out 4 more times.

I was delighted with the pergola built over my raised decking. Excellent workmanship and quality materials were used and completed in good time at a fair price. I was amazed at how quickly the job began after my initial contact. Brian came out to see me and talk over plans. The bad weather caused a slight delay getting the job started but that wasn't surprising given it was in February amidst heavy snow. But Hepburn did a great job and were friendly and responsive from start to finish. Even when I requested a change to the design midway through the job it didn't present a problem and they were happy to oblige. Top job all round and would definitely use them again.

We contacted Hepburn Landscaping to fit composite decking along one end of our back garden, whilst the rest would remain grassed as it was. As the garden is on a slope, it was a challenge. However, Brian was confident that he could fit in the decking without the need for too many level changes.Unfortunately Brian underestimated the amount of work that was required to fit the decking into the existing ground levels and therefore needed to rejig the ground levels across the garden. This involved spreading soil across the grassed area of our garden to raise the ground level. We accepted this on the grounds that the soil would be properly prepared and re-seeded with a spreader once the decking was complete. However at the end of the job, the grass seeds were unevenly scattered across the garden by hand (in the dark using a mobile phone torch) over soil that hadn't been properly prepared and as a result the seed did not take. We are now left with a garden that has decking along one side; however the rest of the garden is essentially covered with mud, stones and debris therefore unusable.At the start of the job, Brian asked for a deposit and balance on completion. That subsequently changed halfway through the job and we were asked to pay more than 50% to secure delivery of the composite decking. On completion of the decking we made the full payment in good faith as Brian and his team were working to finish the job on Christmas Eve.Brian said he would come back in the New Year to sort out the issues with the grass seeding, however we have not heard from him despite sending him several messages.The soil laid over our previously grassed area will need to properly prepared and seeded again so we can use the back garden.Although the decking work has been completed, it has adversely affected the rest of our garden. As Brian hasn't tried to resolve this we are sadly not able recommend Hepburn Landscaping.

We were really glad we allowed Brian a free hand for our design, it transformed our garden from unmanageable and messy too attractive and easy to manage.The work took slightly longer than anticipated but this was down to poor weather.We are both looking forward to seeing how the plants Brian selected mature in the years to come.All work was done very professionally and to a high standard, I would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Not even worth the hassle. Garden was done - planters, decking, lights, new slabs etc. the artificial grass was awful, not the quality I had been quoted and paid for. Didn’t get any money back though. The join was noticeably bad. Came back to try and fix it but ended up having to get another company to lift it, sort the groundwork out and lay new artificial grass costing me even more money. The lights installed all stopped working. This was decking lights and feature lights at plants. Had to get an electrician to supply and fit new ones. Also said they hadn’t been wired in safely and he’s not qualified to do them. So again a lot more money. The porcelain slabs then started to subside and move around. I’ve had to have another Company lift the slabs, sort all the groundwork and relay the slabs and put proper grout in them. Again even more money. Have tried time and time again to get Brian to come out and fix these issues. But been fobbed off with excuses time and time. Promised he’ll be out then never get a date. Honestly just look for someone else to do the work. Save yourself any hassle. Happy to give more details to anyone who needs it. Have plenty of info saved as going to solicitors with it all.

Brian and team did a fantastic job with our garden which was in a horrible state. They not only reworked our slab patio to a usable space but it now looks brand new. Our garden (which had stumps, gravel, various rubble and weeds) has been brought back to life thanks to Hepburn Landscaping. Deborah kept us well informed through out the work and our short wait. Very professional team and well worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hepburn Landscaping to anyone in need of landscaping.

From the very start Brian had a clear vision of how our garden would look following his expert design, he and his team worked within the proposed timescales, even managing to finish a day early at the start of March. We are thrilled with the updated unique look of our garden, it really is superb, & just what we hoped for. A huge thank you to Brian, Deborah & the team. Garden looked great at first but quickly became problematic with faulty lights that tripped the power In my home, raised areas subsiding quickly causing damage and plants not being sufficiently rooted and dying within 18 months.
