Just like to thank Ray and Tom for everything they have done throughout the selling process. Not only did they find buyers in the quickest time but Cotters offer a fee being the best with no VAT.. Furthermore it was very reassuring to know that they went the extra mile to liaise with all parties concerned to provide update info in how the sale is progressing. Ray has been fantastic in that we were able to contact him after hours and obtain updates that not even solicitors were able to provide.. Even when the first buyer decided to do the unthinkable by pulling out on completion day leaving us absolutely livid, Ray and Tom stayed positive and found another buyer within days. They started the same process again and Ray played his part again as agent and solicitor. Well done and fully appreciated the efforts Ray put in throughout this stressful time.
