We loved the whole experience! Our server was flawless, she was so busy, but could see she was managing great. Nothing was a problem at all. The whole team we could see worked together.Food was fab, salad cart so nice. Really good fresh range of salads on the cart. Thank you to our server again, we didn’t catch her name though,

13 of us met up and enjoyed a lovely family & friends meal here yesterday.It’s a lovely harvesters- one of the older ones which we preferred, because its partially carpeted and has no large windows, sounds & chatter doesn’t carry so it’s a lot quieter.The food was delicious and piping hot on arrival- well presented and the salad bar well stocked.Desserts all delicious as well especially the rocky horror !!Our server Sam was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, we had 2 people in our group with allergies and she was so attentive with them making sure they were catered for. So credit to Sam!!Overall a lovely evening, delicious food and great service *****

After being turned around at half-empty Sarn Park Bridgend restaurant because we did have a booking (why need a booking for half-empty restaurant?), we came to this one and had an awful experience.1. Waited for over 10 minutes to get acknowledged and sat down.2. Young waitress with red hair made a face and rolled eyes, when we requested a booth further away from the salad bar that had children playing and running around. The restaurant was half-empty so I don't understand the problem with that.3. Then we had to wait for another 15-20 minutes for the orders to be taken. The waitress was working on the section next to us, but kept ignoring us, and instead of taking the order was cleaning the tables, ignoring our attempts of drawing her attention.4. When we eventually got attention of the young male waiter, it took over 30 minutes for the food to come through (just two mains: superbowl salad with grilled chicken and chicken skewers!). I've watched my salad bowl to sit on the kitchen counter for majority of this time, not under the heated lamp.5. When the manager, who was solely preoccupied with the delivery screen before, brought over our food, I've noticed that half of my salad ingredients were missing, and the bowl was half empty! Just three leaves, some sauce and grilled chicken on top. Surely the manager should know how this menu item looks like?! I called the manager, and she agreed to replace the order.7. The replaced salad was stuffed with red chillies, which made it hard to eat!6. When cleaning the dishes, manager asked whether we would like a dessert or hot drink. I noted, that it would make sense to offer us them complementary after the service we received. She agreed, however we had to decline due to the time restrictions (we already spent here 2 hours only having main dish!). Manager offered to take the drinks off the bill instead.7. When the bill arrived, to our surprise we notice that only one drink has been taken off! Good customer service provider would at least take both drinks off, and the faulty main as well in the best scenario.Very disappointed with the poor service and quality of food. We used to love Harvester, it's a shame that the hospitality standards has fallen so low.

Had a really lovely man named Ashley serve us. He was fantastic from the min we sat down til we left. Really friendly, helpful and funny. We had a problem with a discount code but he sorted it for us without any hassle. The food was great as usual. All fresh and came to table lovely and hot. Steak was cooked beautifully and the beef dripping gravy was insane!! And the bbq chicken stack was gorgeous

Wouldn’t return, they charged us for an extra piece of chicken we absolutely didn’t ask for, the waitress was apologetic and said it was a mistake that she added it but the manager refused to take the £3.50 charge off the bill as my partner had eaten the chicken (he assumed it was part of the mixed grill). Definitely won’t be returning, terrible managing skills. Waitress however was lovely.

We arrived without a reservation, but were squeezed in on a busy service. Sam was an excellent server. We needed to make some minor adjustments to the menu offering and she sorted that out for us.The food was good and fairly sized for the cost. We weren't rushed at all.All in all a lovely meal and atmosphere.

We had a lovely lunch here - the service from Tiffany, Carly and Amy H was excellent, they were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was all nice, except we prefer grilled sweetcorn on the cob rather than boiled - which they did for me once I had requested it. We even got a discount with our Blue Light Card! We'll come again!

Love it here! Food is always really nice and the staff are always friendly :) the evening we came (08/09/23) there were only two servers working, Tiffany and I didn’t get the gentleman’s name.. they were amazing! So kind and attentive and made us feel very welcome.
