Visited Cardiff with my parents who are both disabled. Mum was in her own wheelchair and on the off chance asked at the mobility office if there was a scooter to hire for my dad, as he was struggling to walk, luckily there was. The gentleman was so helpful and friendly. He even helped putting my mums chair in the boot of my car when we got back. First class service!

Very bad at answering the phone. Phoning them uo to cancle the use of a scooter so someone else can have the use of it.
