Had chow mein,poor quality. The chicken was over cooked was like beer mats,the beef was as like shoe leather. I'll try the other Arlesey take away next time. Very poor.

Food is good but very rude on the phone and they always say its an hour and a half to wait which we agree then it's over 2 hours. You complain and then they are rude. Their are other Chinese takeaways in the area who would be grateful of the business considering the cost of living crisis and how people can't afford bad business.

Shocking! No meat in our curry. The beef dish didn’t taste like meat. The spare ribs were like chicken nuggets and the ends of meat nuckles. Terrible

We got a mix dish (see pic) which easily fed 4 of us (2 adults 2 children) for £13!We have had this a few times now and it’s delicious !—————————————I had a bad meal a while back but decided to give it another try. Wish I hadn’t bothered and won’t be going back. The chicken and sweet corn soup congealed within minutes of opening the carton. Literally fell into the bowl in one lump.The rice tasted plastic as usual, curry was bland and the chips were obviously reheated from the night before. They were dark brown and hard and clearly not fresh and hot (they had just opened, I preordered.The prawn crackers had a horrible taste as if the oil was dirty.I will never go here again. What a waste of money

Had a couple of meals that have been ok and nice and local but won’t go back. Just ordered a meal, the beef curry was fatty and chewy with a long hair in it, the chicken and pawn balls were over cooked. The chicken noodles and duck was good but everyone had lost appetite by then.

We ordered a meal from here last night. Firstly I was given a time of one hour and waited an hour and a half. When we unloaded the food the crab meat and sweet corn soup was just a thick globular mess, no liquid content. The sweet and sour pork balls were so solid you could hardly cut them and then to add insult to injury they had forgot to send the sweet and sour sauce. When I phoned to complain I was offered 10% off of my next order. Most of our meal ended up in the food waste bin.The meal cost £25.80. The pork balls were £5. I hardly think that £2.50 covers the cost of a ruined meal. I SHALL NOT BE RETURNING.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews and damage a businesses reputation but the way I’ve just been treated isn’t okay.The lady with pink hair who took our order over the phone misheard vegetable fried rice with no egg for special fried rice with no egg. Upon collection she read out the order and I said it should be vegetable not special. She said ‘fine but you have to wait’. When we got got home we found the vegetable fried rice to contain egg which I can’t eat. When I rang she still never said sorry, lied about saying sorry when I pointed out she hadn’t, and said she couldn’t get a replacement for an hour and a half. I ended up getting a microwave rice!To top it off my partners chips were the soggiest blandest saddest chips you’ve ever seen (they’re normally really nice tasty and crunchy), and his meal was missing his spring rolls.Their allergens stated online always cannot be trusted. A regular customer has been lost due to awful customer service.

Only had a chicken fried rice but it was perfectly cooked, and the chicken breast was just that.....no nasty bits, just pure chicken breast. I would definitely recommend this takeaway!They also do fish and chips, which I may have to try the next time I visit.

I love the £5.80 tubs which you can choose rice noodles chips and sauce more than two portions and taste amazing!! Quick service when collecting
