I've had many issues with Yodel in the past, usually they play the game that i was not at my workplace or it was not open and I had to collect the parcel from the depot, that is very far for me (30 miles round trip).But this time they have raised the bar of being the most unprofessional courier company.Their courier dropped a parcel off to my workplace on the 3rd Jan 2022. When I say dropped it: he chucked it over the fence (!!), onto the bed of one of our client's pick up (!!!), when it was raining (!!!!).Avoid this company as much as you can. I have never seen such unprofessional bunch of people.

Waiting for a delivery saw the van come around the corner turn around and drive off and somehow they left a calling card but they haven't been to the door at all and it figures cos it's just started raining! Lazy and careless delivery drivers who can't be arsed to get out their van and do their job! 100% avoid if possible, should be classed as theft when they don't bother delivering especially when they have my phone number! Disgusting standards

Your driver has left a high value and rare parcel for my company against a brick wall in front of my business premises.I have seen the photograph of the parcel against the brick wall and the driver has deemed this as a safe place!I used to work at Yodel during Covid as a driver, so I am fully aware that this is NOT classed by Yodel as a Safe Place. I had to visit my old manager at Yodel to see proof of delivery, which clearly showed package just left on the ground against a brick wall.The Police have now been involved as the package was not there 4 days later when I went my work premises. The package was rare and of high value, it can NOT be replaced..!Yodel were and still are a joke, try employing drivers that do the job properly and people might trust the company.

Been waiting 2 days for my virgin hub to be delivered. One day it says out for delivery, the next day it's at the depot. Waited in again today and it still hasn't left the depth. You can't even speak to anyone as the only communication is web chat. Why virgin are using this tinpot company is beyond me. Just been told to wait another 24hrs. Cancelled my Virgin. Booked with BT broadband instead.

Terrible service - had 3 parcels coming. Two of which have been ‘lost’ and one turned up with a hole in which was obviously done on purpose to see the contents. Theres a serious issue with Yodel and stolen parcels. This needs to be thoroughly investigated.

Been waiting 9 days now. Every day, tracking shows its out for delivery and every day nothing. Chatbot is a complete waste of time. Why any company would use Yodel is beyond me. It gives them a undeserved bad reputation when it's Yodels fault. Went to the Yodel Lichfield depot to collect my parcel, only to be told the item as been lost. Absolute useless company. Wish I could give less than the one star

Worst delivery company ever!!! Returned my parcel to the seller saying I refuse it when I have been in the house all day waiting for it. Very poor customer service and the delivery drivers are liars. Most unreliable delivery company u can think of.

Twice now the delivery driver has 'needed more details on my address'. It is not a difficult place to find so I'm convinced he's not trying. He isn't calling/texting to ask for directions. He's just updating the tracking journey. I wouldn't even know if I didn't check the website and specifically check the journey. I sent a text to him on the first day that he ignored, and then used webchat to give very specific details on how to get here. As in follow the road to the end

Nice people at the depot but your drivers are liars and irresponsible. They didn’t even attempt to deliver our parcel. They said they had tried 3 times but didn’t. Had to come to the depot. Very unsatisfied

I had a parcel delivered from your Company off Ebay, my Mum was in all day, she didnt get a knock on door but noticed a parcel thrown over gate!!! It was Fragile but luckily enough wasnt broken, you need to tell the people who deliver to knock or ring doorbells instead of being lazy and throwing FRAGILE parcels over gates!!!!
