Very loud music. Overpriced £20 for a small burger with fries and a milkshake. Served in bags without trays...my pet dog gets his food served better than this. Staff looked unhappy (I don't blame them if they are overworked) Not coming back here.

Five Guys failed to produce/cook an uber delivery order within a reasonable time. Two drivers bailed on the delivery as they each had to wait 15 mins consecutively. We wanted to cancel the order so we could place an order elsewhere but waited a little longer in case the order was fulfilled. Uber assigned a third driver at 36 minutes since the order was placed. Cancelled the order to find we've now been scammed with a £17.50 charge to be dispersed between five guys and the third driver who only picked up the order literally one minute earlier. Utter scam when the restaurant has failed in the most basic of obligations to cook/produce the food within a reasonable time frame.

Not worth the price for sure. The patty itself is pretty tasteless the only redeeming quality is that you’re able to add lots of other ingredients to the burger so that it actually has some flavour. Other than that the fries are decent and the milkshakes are great.Overall (for the burger) 3/5 ⭐️

Best tasting burger hands down. The tomato sauce was a lil sweet, next time I'll skip it.

We dined in Five Guys on Queens Road and received the most amazing customer service EVER! The girl is called El and she was absolutely stunning. The moment we entered we were greeted very warmly and she helped us with any questions about the menu and checked in on us a few times while we were having our food. El has the most welcoming smile and extremely friendly and professional attitude! Definitely deserves a raise!

the “little” burgers are basically one patty instead of two, would say the small one is more than enough for one. love the free toppings, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and grilled onions are great. remember to add sauce as it doesn’t come with any sauce if not added!

3 x burger fries and shake. £62. Ridiculous! No one in the shop and it took 20 mins for our food to arrive. Chips were so over-salted they were inedible. The cajun spiced chips were so salty I had only about 5 chips and had to leave the rest and I was soo hungry. Shakes were tiny and mostly canned cream spray. Lady at counter was lovely. One burger not wrapped so it fell spart but the burgers themselves were very tasty. My family have all had the Ertha Kitts this evening and all we ate today was 5 Guys. Will never return here.

One of the best burgers I have had in a while!I ordered a cheeseburger and the patty was juicy and the burger itself was delicious. The milkshake on the side was creamy and have a very thick texture, it was good with the fast-food-restaurant standard. The burgers are the truly outstanding ones.Although I am slightly dissatisfied with the price, a cheeseburger with only a beef patty and cheese charging 15 pounds seemed unbelievable to me. Even with the great taste, the price was way too high compared to other fast food restaurants like McDonald's and burger king. However, if you are going for the best quality, most delicious burgers, five guys is definitely the ideal place to go.The place itself was clean and tidy. Staff was also friendly and gave warm smiles whilst we waited.

Ordered some burgers and fries via Uber Eats from Five Guys in Clifton yesterday and the burgers were totally disgusting. The burgers were completely soggy and stone cold when they arrived. The total cost was over £35 and what a waste of money that was. We really fancies some burgers yesterday as we have had some best tasting burgers at Five Guys before (not in Bristol) but these were totally disgusting, soggy, stone cold and flavour-less!Would not recommend this place and will definitely not be making an order for this place again!
