Reflex Elite

Needed our really old conservatory replacing as it was cold in winter and an oven in summer due to polycarbonate roof. Had several companies round to discuss. John from Reflex Elite came round and gave us a different perspective on what we could do. His suggestions totally opened up the view to garden and the solid roof with skylights look modern and stylish. The fitters were excellent, polite and friendly and always willing to explain what they were doing. I would totally recommend Reflex Elite, 5 stars for their knowledge, advise, professional installation and great end product.

Reflex did a great job replacing all our old wooden windows and doors with Origin aluminium versions – this was a sizeable job and we are really pleased with the result. The fantastic fitters, Sandri and Terri, demonstrated real professionalism, were painstaking in their work and regularly checked to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. While there were a few issues to be sorted out, the team dealt with them willingly, efficiently and without fuss. At every step, Reflex has been great to deal with - straight-forward and reliable. We can thoroughly recommend them.

Simply brilliant from initial contact with John in the showroom, Sue in office handling multiple queries in between with a smile and professionalism to finally our lovely fitters of our new front and back door, Sandray and Terry. They are a wonderful team and incredibly helpful but their actually product is second to none. All in all you can’t go wrong with these guys and they are a local business. You won’t be sorry if you go with them.

We were directed towards Reflex Elite by SOLIDOR when we designed a door online and I went to their showroom in WGC to check them out after a salesman had been round to measure up. The ladies in the office were brilliant - very friendly, professional and helpful. It was good to be able to see examples of the doors we wanted and this helped us decide to go ahead.The fitting team arrived exactly when they said they would and did an amazing job. The level of professionalism was excellent and the finishing of the door and surrounds are beyond what I had hoped for. The door itself is solid and looks lovely.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Amazing service yet again from Reflex Elite. We have just finished upgrading our homes glazing, having had fitted 10 Windows, Bi-folds and a Front Door over the last few years, each time with excellent and professional installers. Our house is now warmer and more secure than ever before and the excellent service and quality of goods means I would recommend Reflex Elite to everyone.

I recently had a new front door/porch and house windows installed by Reflex Elite. They were excellent throughout the fitting; the team were professional, courteous and highly conscientious making sure everything was installed to a very high standard. I am exteremely happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending them.

First class service from quote to the finished work, great support from the team and installer. Had a replacement bay window and a new Solider front door fitted. Would definately recommend Reflex as your 1st choice for both replacement windows and doors.

Could not recommend ReflexElite highly enough. Used them to replace existing windows. Very professional service. Always able to get in touch, prompt replies, quick to come round and quote and 3 triple glaze windows fitted in 4 weeks from the first call!
