You can call at 09.00 and still hear the same message as you do at 15.00pm and at 16.30pm “ we are extremely busy”The communication is low and system obviously needs updating or train better staff

They deserve 0 stars like pretty much all government officesThey send you letters saying you owe them money even though I’ve been retired for 8 years and haven’t claimed any benefits but don’t even have the courtesy to answer the phone.After 47 minutes in a call queue, the call cuts offAbsolute waste of time and another unfit for purpose government body!
