Eileen is amazing and they have such great customer service. I originally went to a different groomer who said my dog was very jumpy and he was unable to finish the groom because of her behaviour. I was surprised given I had never heard that feedback before and she’s six years old and been getting groomed every 6-8 weeks for many years. In a pinch, I took my half groomed dog to Just Barking and they were able to tidy her up for a very reasonable price. They have also done nail trimming and teeth cleaning for my dog, and I’m always happy walking out. They definitely earned my trust and we will be back next month! Thank you!!

Staff is indeed nice and polite, before writing this review I've also contacted the groomer in person but there's no explanation for such errors on my dogs grooming. I was quite upset, classic westie grooming is nothing close to what we've got and after talking to them and also seeing other reviews I felt very confident in bringing my dog for a grooming here but I think specifically for a west terrier grooming , here is not the best.... impossible to get knots around the nose and the shaving is not evenly at all, my dog looks very messy unfortunately . I appreciate them wanting to correct the grooming but at the point it is, there's nothing to make it look better.At least, my dog came stress free and no injuries on his skin so I'm thankful for that...

Just Barking has been hand stripping our Norfolk Terrier for quite some time which is not an easy job. Billy leaves looking smashing every time. You need to book well in advance like any good therapist but that's easily done.

They charged £5 extra because my blind and deaf shih tzu barked during grooming. Quite ridiculous for a dog grooming business called “just barking”. If he was really being that difficult should have just called and we would have come to collect him as he was obviously distressed. They have no interest in the dog’s comfort or any idea how to care properly for dogs (especially disabled ones) and seem to only be concerned with money. Not a particularly good haircut anyway.

Just barking is my go to groomers, the staff are so good and listen to all your grooming instructions so well, I get the perfect result everytime! Been going here for 2-3 years now and I’ll never change groomers x your doggo will always leave this place looking fresh and clean!

We have been taking our Shih Tzu, Benny, to Just Barking for nearly two years now and have been delighted with the results every single time. His coat seems to grow at the speed of lightening so he's in there fairly regularly and always charges through the door with excitement. We also use Just Barking's teeth cleaning services after the vet suggested Benny may need a few teeth removed/sedation for a full clean and again, cannot fault the service at all, his teeth are as good as new. The staff here are knowledgeable, friendly and always recommend what is best for the dog, wouldn't think twice about suggesting them to anyone and everyone. The only downside is that they're so good, if I forget to book a follow up appointment when I collect him from his cut and call a few weeks later I then can't get booked in for ages and have to hope there's a cancellation!

Our mini schnauzer absolutely loves coming here. Kind, professional staff. Haircut was lovely, even when our little one had developed a number of difficult clumps close to the time of the appointment.

Our lab had a wash and teeth clean with the team at Just Barking and we are so happy with the results! Our dog is very strong and struggled at first but the team managed to get him to cooperate. They were very kind and patient with him, the facilities are nice and spacious. He smells great and is super soft! We will be back!
