Huge thanks to SWNS for their help and support in turning my bizarre and unfortunate incident into a positive outcome with global coverage! My experience with the people at SWNS was truly excellent. Everyone I worked with were was friendly professional, helpful, curious and prompt in getting back to me. My reporter Hannah was great, but unfortunately the agency itself is disappointing - I spent hours helping to write the story, answering questions, looking for pictures - the story was picked up by 2 magazines and I received £6 and Im not even joking - £6 ! I know it's nice to get your story out there, but if you value your time, you may want to look elsewhere. I don't recommend it, very disappointed.

If your thinking of sharing a story then this is the team to do it with!! The reporter we was in contact with (Jack Longstaff) communicated well throughout. We was so happy someone listened to our journey and we got the opportunity to spread awareness about our little mans story and World Prem Day!! The story did amazing, firstly in The Sun and then continued to go viral even reaching different countries. I have had such a positive experience sharing my story with SWNS. I shared my story with Charlotte and she was amazing, she captured my story perfectly and the message that I wanted to get across from sharing my story. She was really helpful too always answering questions that I had. I'd never have imagined that my story would be in a newspaper, but with the help of Charlotte and SWNS that was made possible. I was really impressed by the way the person from this agency dealt with our story. I had been really disappointed by my local newspapers' handling of it, which failed to mention the most important issues in my opinion. Sam listened very carefully to get to grips with the details I wanted to get across and delivered a very well balanced piece highlighting everything I had asked her to.
