Rang them up to place an order, asked how come the price was significantly higher than the Uber and just eat prices. They said it’s better if you order through that. Was thinking would have been better to place order directly and would have cut the commission of Uber out but oh well.Placed order on Uber for a Cheetos burger, the burger was not even coated in the Cheetos powder.

Fresh, great tasting food. Service was great (thank you). Seating is limited but luckily I came during a non-busy period. Staff are really friendly and welcoming :)

I am completely and utterly disgusted by the service I have received from this place. The food arrived nearly 2 hours late, they then claimed they were just too busy in a rather abrupt way when I asked them why, they then told me they've missed out my coke, so gave me another customer's drink (how professional.. NOT), my chips and burger were beyond soggy and wet, and the milkshake had completely melted, look like a pile of liquidy poo! Will never ever order from here again, they should be closed down! 0/10 for every thing, food, delivery and specifically the service we received!!!!

I ordered the Mushroom burger and it was awesome!! I was happy they were not stingy with the vegetables! Loads of lettuce and mushrooms. My son ordered the dbl burger and added bacon and an extra patty - not disappointed. He also ordered the Chilli cheese fries which was awesome!! Bit pricey but worth it!!

Waste of money! £6.50 for a burger which was the size of a cheap McDonald's burger, loaded fries just had a few peices of steak and cold cheese sauce. No salad no sauces. I have ordered places with similar prices and the food looks the pricem Tried to speak to the person over the phone who was rude and refused to give a refund. Don't bother wasting your money ordering food from shakey's. Food and the service is shocking.

Ordered a spicy parmesan and a chilli cheese hotdog. The parmesan was black and burnt to a crisp (solid) inedible. Was meant to come with salad and it came with a few mouldy looking leaves. They claim the hotdog is frankfurter sausage which it wasn't. Just a bog standard cheap sausage. Meal came cold as it was way over an hour late. Excuse after excuse when I rang up. When the food finally arrived it went in the bin, only thing we kept was the can of Coke!! Never again will. I order from here. 0/10

10/10 would recommend.I had three different burgers from here which included the chicken, beef and the Cheeto.Food arrived hot, and all of the food was accounted for.The burgers weren't greasy which is a Pluss as there's nothing worse than a greasy burger, additionally they were tasty and not dry or burnt.The reasurant confirmed address and phone number to ensure aldelivery arrived to the right address before setting off.Portion sizes good though I did get two doubles and a triple just in case!Can't fault really, could have provided some sauces but overall three happy customers!
