As someone who has tried and tested a few different salons for eyelash extensions only to be disappointed I would never go anywhere else!Been going here for about 6 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!Staff are absolutely brilliant! Professional, knowledgeable, and always remember you from what treatments you like down to what your last conversation was aboutAlways clean and vibrant in the reception, treatment rooms and even the loo has been thoughtfully stocked for clients!Complimentary tea and coffee is always a bonus10/10

Went in for a Brow Lamination today with Roxanne and I’m so happy with the results!Since this was my first time having anything like this done to my brows, she explained everything she was doing and what it did so that really put me at ease.I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Another lovely visit to Lash Lounge this place I’d so friendly and welcoming. Sophie does an excellent job with my Hybrid lashes and infills and makes me feel very relaxed. Highly recommend this Beauty Salon for all your treatment needs.

Absolutely Roxanne was great. She was really friendly and put me at ease. She made sure the room was warm enough for me and gave me aftercare advice on prolonging the tan. service.

Great and friendly staff, was my first time at the Lash Lounge but was made to feel very welcome. Had a lash lift & tint which the lovely lady talked me through each step and was so lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s not been, they are so lovely and have great treatments available.

I was running late for my appointment, but she was very kind and understanding in her response when I rang to apologise.When I arrived eventually, I received a warm welcome.Then she asked how I preferred my lash before starting…and she delivered exactly as I hoped; elegant!This was my first lash appointment since moving to Newcastle as I was a bit hesitant, now I think I should have come in sooner. Plus they have parking for customers.Thank you so much guys!
