Did my civil here in April.. the staff is very nice and it is a good venue.. there is a little garden just outside the venue where you can take some pics.. it's right next to the Wembley arena.. so you can take some pics near the fountains after your ceremony.. overall a pleasant experience !!

Very crowded. The food court does not have enough options. McDonald's, which is at the far end of the mall, had kiosks that were not working. It was very overly crowded. There were not enough places for families to eat. This mall needs more options for restaurants and food shops. I saw people buying sandwiches from M & S and having them while standing or in corners. It looks very congested. The only good point is that it has its own bus stops, and the frequency of buses is also convenient.

Staff are not considerate nor show much compassion towards public needs.Being a service that deals with people's sensitive circumstances I felt that my needs were completely dismissed and left feeling more distressed than when I came in looking for some HELP.

We recently had our wedding performed by Leanne and Misba at the Brent Civic Centre. The ceremony was so beautiful but it made it even more special to have these ladies from beginning to end support us. My guests were happy with how warm and friendly the atmosphere was. I wanted to say something as they are both a credit to their workplace. Thank you very much xxx

Well located but parking is absolute daylight robbery. I stayed 3 hours and 20 minutes and the rate jumps from approx £4-5 (for 2 hours 59 mins) to £20?! Absolute scam.

Overall its still a magnificent sight for the eyes from the outside but inside starting to look a little tatty. It needs new comfy chairs and more chairs in general aswell as a link of paint here and there. It does not feel very inviting even though there is a Starbucks store inside. Strange I know inside feels like you have walked into someone's office. You feel like you have walked into the wrong place.

Brent civic center prayer & contemplation room:It’s in the first floor, to the end, next to the rest to the washrooms. Blessed to find it and it’s very helpful. You have good area to do ablution and a space to prayer with nice prayer mats. Of course there are other things such as Starbucks, library#Prayer rooms #
