Absolutley brilliant from start to finish. We were matched with a great breeder and our puppy has had the best start in life. It might take some time to be matched, but a responsible owner should be patient.

Really underwhelming experience! Created multiple applications just to be rejected each time probably due to discrimination. One breeder wasted weeks of our time by taking ages to reply and by the time they finally rejected our application we’d missed out on puppies from other litters. Plus the fee to Tailwise is £95 and they expect you to pay that before even speaking with the breeder to check if going ahead with the application is worthwhile or before you’ve seen which puppies are still available.We’ve managed to find an ethical breeder in our local area no thanks to Tailwise.

Not sure if they really have any contacts with breeders, most people will have found their own puppy by the time these people get in contact.

We applied for a dog back in October 2020 and it is now the middle of May 2021. No updates, don't reply to messages. We actually managed to book a video interview in February, went to login to the link that was sent and the meeting had been cancelled without our knowledge. I would recommend going to Pets4Homes and looking for a responsible breeder yourself and cut out this time-wasting middle man!

Apparently, there are no responsibly bred Jack Russell puppies in the entire country... You decide if this is a useful service.
