Nothing I can say in a review could truly reflect the level of support my mum and I received from Clifford’s dealing with my late Auntie’s arrangements and ceremony.From the first contact all the way through proceedings and beyond, the family took us fully into their embrace and looked after my Auntie’s final journey impeccably.They are exemplary in every aspect of what they do and they were exactly what was needed during a very difficult time. We felt so at ease and comfortable with every interaction. Communication is outstanding with updates at each step and we truly felt they were always there for us. The attention to detail was amazing and they were genuinely keen to ensure that every last detail reflected the send off my Auntie deserved.Mark, Anya, Zach, Fern and Sam - thank you to each and every one of you for the love, dignity, care, patience and professionalism you so abundantly showed. I am so glad that I called Clifford's Funeral Director's and Fern answered! The service that this family have provided to me was outstanding. My father passed away on 6th Dec and his funeral was all arranged and conducted on 20th Dec with such amazing precision that he would have been astounded and immensely proud of what was achieved. From the first phone call made where I talked to Fern, the compassion and professionalism were outstanding and it was all made so personal without any question being too much. They led us through the whole funeral from start to finish and even afterwards - nothing is too much for them day or night! I live 350 miles from them (where the funeral took place) and with some amazing recommendations from them for flowers, celebrant and everything else involved - it wouldn't have been achieved without their wonderful services. I am so glad we used this lovely family run funeral service, Fern, Zach, Sam, and the supporting family were so wonderful. I think I changed instructions 3 or 4 times, but they didn’t hesitate to facilitate me, they were amazing. Most of all they offer a friendly but professional service with a younger, fresher more personal approach which makes all the difference. From the moment I first rang Clifford’s I knew they were the funeral director we needed. The care and understanding we received was outstanding. Zach, Sam and the whole family are so welcoming and friendly. Mum and I felt at ease throughout each and every conversation we had with them. It’s a very upsetting and traumatic time organising your loved ones funeral and the level of service we received whilst they took care of my dad was exceptional, I cannot recommend them enough.
