The professional service that Jukes provide is 100% first class, from start to finish. They made our journey as painless as it could possible be. Stuart presided over every aspect of our dad's funeral, completely professional, compassionate throughout, there was no pushy salesman for the casket or order of service. We were allowed to choose what we wanted, bespoke casket, order of service & condolence book showing our dad's favourite films & his beloved AVFC. Stuart Clancy went above & beyond by getting in touch with AVFC where Denise & I were sent a lovely letter upon which Stuart had framed for us. My family couldn't believe that all the funeral directors wore a AVFC tie & the Stuart the conductor a Villa pin, nothing was too much trouble. Sophie Jukes you have an amazing team & you offer a extremely tailored bespoke professional, personal service, at a extremely reasonable cost & totally 100% value for money. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking our beloved dad into your care. The services you offer are second to none & we will be forever grateful for you fulfilling our requirements. The attention to detail & what you offer, I feel that no other funeral services can provide this, 100% true perfection, OUTSTANDING!

They are a credit to the profession and handled a funeral at Lichfield cathedral with great sympathy, support and competence throughout the day and preceding weeks. Their involvement made a very difficult time that much more bearable. Kudos to the whole team + your canine assistant!

Due to circumstances our angel was transferred to the Jukes & Dobson funeral home Lichfield and our orginal plan was to bring Nicky back home to carry out her service etc here. However, when we were first greeted by the Lichfield team, we were blown away, by their professionalism, kindness, caring & supportive staff and we knew it was right to keep her there with their family. Ryan dealt on the night with everything so tenderly and showed so much empathy towards us all.When visiting the funeral home, we were welcomed with open arms and instantly felt at home. Lenny the dog was an absolute star and he greeted us on every visit.Stuart, who we mainly communicated with, was such an incredible guy! We have left there now feeling like we have an additional part to our family.Sophie, was a superstar!The details she put in for us for our angel's service, is something we as a family, will never forget!Syd greeted us so respectfully each time and made the best brew ever!And let's not forget Steve, he led the service with such compassion & understanding. Everyone felt instantly calm and his friendly, funny nature made the service complete.We will definitely be over to visit his church very soon!Such an awful time, as been made bearable because of these special people. Jukes provided us with an amazing compassionate and professional service at a very difficult time. My husband had passed away in summer 2021as we were abroad on holiday in France.From start to finish Ryan supported the family with suggestions and practical help in the most respectful and friendly manner possible. Jukes (especially Liam) made such a difficult time for us that much easier. Supported us through the whole process beforehand and helped us through the day itself. Made my fathers send off a beautiful and dignified day - could not have asked for more from them.
