Great service. Came out late on a Saturday night and sorted out my boiler problem with minimum fuss and total calm. Went the extra mile to really help tidy up the mess that’d been made. And all in 1 hour. Local business doing good things for local people. Will definitely use again - and not just when I accidentally flood the kitchen.

When my boiler broke down in the cold of winter, Ricardo was a godsend. Offered good advice & did a great job installing a new boiler. Efficient, friendly, informative, with positive aftercare. Its great to find a service person you can trust. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Fast, friendly, efficient.We had a leaking pipe and Ricardo came round soon after we called. He diagnosed the problem and had it sorted in no time and his price was really reasonable. We would recommend him anytime!

Very happy with the quality of the service. We had an ancient boiler which was on its last legs and Ricardo and his team came the next day to fit a new one and replace the pre-existing pipework. Very friendly and did an excellent job at a very fair price. Will definitely be using Ricardo again and would recommend to anyone!

Ricardo did a fantastic job fixing a persistent boiler issue we had and also helping to install our smart thermostat when we moved into a new home. He is out ‘go-to’ and we couldn’t recommend him more. Reliable, professional and a nice guy who understands the sense of urgency when you have heating issues and small children. Highly recommend!

Just my luck my boiler decided to turn itself off as I was heading back to Australia. After 2 failed attempts of showing up from my old plumber I reached out to my brother for his contact… and thank god I didFantastic service from the gentleman and boiler is now up and running and I won’t now need to panic that my pipes will freeze up while I’m away.Won’t be going elsewhere

I had to replace my boiler. Ricardo gave me a fair quote and also gave me some recommendations about my radiators that saved me money. He did the work very well and quickly. Excellent service and communication, definetively recommend!
