Having been invited by the NHS we made appointments for Covid injections. We attended at the required time with the NHS booking reference but were refused treatment because we did no know our NHS numbers.We were treated in an off-hand and frankly rude fashion.At previous inoculations we have been treated courteously and never had to provide further information apart from booking reference.

They cover a HUGE number of patients due to at Peter’s (opposite) taking a new wave of patients . But they don’t order prescriptions in advance , they have no setting area for the disabled or elderly to sit on while we wait outside for out prescriptions to be filled , and they’re open even less than the doctors are .What kind of health care service ( pharmacy / chemist ) is closed weekends and has no adaptations ? Wheelchair users CANNOT enter due to the design .A gross misuse of NHS funds in my opinion . I’ve never been to a chemist I hate more .

Dont go there for Fit to Fly certificate. My result returned after more than 96 hours from the time of sample taking. I went to the airport hoping to get the result until the last minute however it never came, I lost my flight and only 1 hour before the flight after multiple calls the pharmacy advised me that my sample for some reason has not reached the lab. I have not been even reimbursed the cost of the test

I get that they are a busy little pharmacy and COVID has been challenging but I've now had four bad experiences in the last 6 months so I will be changing my pharmacy for my next prescription.There's a young lady that works there that constantly baffles me with her unhelpfulness, sometimes it's almost funny.The dose of medication I take is not available in one tablet so I get a box of 100mg and a box of 50mg but they always charge me £18me sorry I've been over charged for my medication."her " yeah that's because it's on two separate prescription"me "what?"her "you need to speak to the GP"me "can I get my money back?"her "well you need to speak to a pharmacist"me "can I then?"her "they're on their break

I usually avoid this pharmacy because of the rude staff and complete lack of masks in such a tiny space. And yet, made the mistake of booking my Covid vaccine there because it's convenient. After a long wait, they cancelled the appointment. Made another appointment, waited again, just to have my second appointment cancelled again. I fail to understand what's the criteria used to cancel appointments, as I enquired, and some get their jabs, others get cancellations, why the discrimination? I feel I was refused treatment. Twice. If you are incapable of providing a service with minimal standards, don't accept appointments. You made me waste my time, I could have my jab long ago somewhere else. Formal complaint on the way.

Awful experience.. wanted flu jab and booked on line with the nearest date 2 weeks away. I organised leaving work early and get there to find door locked and person telling me sorry no pharmacist.. I said did you not think about contacting people who had appointments booked ??? Seems not .. will never use them for anything so unprofessional

Got my COVID jab here and they were running very late. 8 people in the queue, Very few masks , not even by the pharmacist. People were arriving very early and they weren't being asked to wait outside or anything despite the large amount of people in a small space. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone disabled or vulnerable.

I was reticent about booking my Covid booster here after reading all the bad reviews. Sadly, I received an email a few days before my appointment saying it was cancelled. No explanation. I won't bother booking here again.

Pharmacist disregarded my symptoms and issues and said I just had conjuncitivitis because it was an eye-related problem - He only seemed to want to push a sale.Had to go to a+e 2 days after, turns out I had a corneal ulcer in my eye. Doctor said that if it was left untreated, it could lead to blindness... A white spot on my eye was most definitely not plain conjuncitivitis.

Booked a flu jab for Friday but was contacted the day before to cancel as the pharmacist was ill. Fair enough, these things happen. Went through the whole procedure to book again for Wednesday. When I arrived I was told they were out of serum and so couldn’t do it. Surely it would have been possible to have contacted me and told me before I’d walked there? Won’t be trying them again.
