I visited the practice as I was recommended by my friend who recently completed her nhs treatment. I had a private consultation and the orthodontist was very informative, she explained the process clearly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment coordinator was lovely and I can’t wait to start my brace journey!

My daughters braces were due to come off in January. Due to cancelled appointments we are still waiting with no news as to when she can be seen. Apparently they have no one there at all who can remove them???? We have had multiple cancelled appointments over the period of treatment and have been overall dissatisfied with the service. Staff have been apologetic and polite but this doesn’t make up for the fact I was promised a call back with a new appointment “in the next couple of weeks after onboarding their new dentist” which hasn’t happened, when I complained to the practice manager. I do not recommend!

My son had treatment at Orthoworld and now has an amazing radiant smile. Entire team is excellent and provide quick service when needed. Dr Spoorthy Mallikarjuna is an amazing orthodontist who put my son at ease during procedures and made his treatment journey simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend this service.Thank you to Dr Mallikarjuna and team.

If I could give this place minus stars I would!! If you are an NHS patient be prepared for the continued cancellation of appointments.My daughter started her treatment in March and we are sill no further on!!

I've had very good appointments here, during the appointment I feel well informed and comfortable. Took a while for me to get my braces, due to a waiting list I suppose, but once the braces were on the process has been speedy.

We are very pleased with the service provided by ORTHOWORLD. My daughter has started her Invisalign treatment with Dr Spoorthy and we have had a great experience. She has been very kind and has explained the whole journey very well. I cant recommend any one better than her as I feel very safe and confident to get my daughters treatment with Dr Spoorthy. All the staff members are very kind and helpful. I find the practice very hygienic too. Gemma was a wonderful nurse and very friendly with my daughter when she had her Invisalign attachments as she is only little, yet was managed so well. We are very impressed with the overall experience so far and looking forward for her smile transformation :) Thank you !!

If I could give no stars I would. Like many of the reviews here, my daughter was referred to this practice for braces. If you get the chance to choose a different practice, I would strongly recommend you do so. The treatment plan takes far longer than needed as every appointment you make is cancelled and you then need to chase to rebook. The final appointment to have braces removed was cancelled yet again, rebooked for 845am Friday 1st. After a journey involving buses, trains and a taxi as well as missing school, the practice was closed and later told it doesn’t open until 9am. In opening, she was then told the person who removes braces doesn’t work Fridays so sorry there’s nothing we can do but you’ll have to rebook … missing more school and incurring more travel costs. No other service would be able to treat customers this way. Yes I have called and no the practice manager didn’t call me back but I was given an email address to raise my complaint.

My experience was amazing. They've helped me out with my treatment and provided excellent care throughout. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The dentist was lovely and accommodating. Definitely recommend patients receive their dental care with them.

5 ⭐️ from us. My daughter was seen today by Ms Makwana specialist orthodontist. Ms Makwana was super engaging with both my daughter and myself (mum). Different treatment options were explained and discussed at length. So very impressed. What a lovely friendly lady. Reception staff and nursing staff equally welcoming and efficient. Amazing.
