I purchased some of there Rose wood essential oil and the quality was terrible, definately not genuine or pure, smelt like detergent, then again there pricig reflects this. I am a distiller myself so know what i am talking about

Have made many purchases with these guys and it's fine if things go well. But if you have issues, they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. So very poor service. Likely won't shop here again.

Made an order 6 days ago, next day I realised my old address was on the order. They don’t take telephone calls anymore you can only contact via email. So emailed and got a reply back within the hour stating they had changed my address for me.Goods arrived today perfectly packedGreat smells in essential oil etc very happy customer

Same experience as other people. Ordered on eBay as it said they dispatch the next day. They provided a false tracking and never bothered to drop off to Royal Mail it has been over 10 days and they have been ignoring all messages sent to them as well. So I have basically wasted time and money purchasing for them and have to wait another 5 days for eBay to step in... But I will 100% raise the biggest complaint against them as it's so obvious they do NOT care to even bother responding on messages about their non existent service. Could have gone 10 days ago and bought this somewhere else and now I'm Gona have to spend more money on this. Absolutely avoid them!!!

I'm on my third order from FreshSkin and I can't have enough of it! Their fragranced oils are to die for! Used them for candles and my house smells incredible!Delivery was quick and efficient every single time and perfectly packaged! I'm always excited to get my orders from them!Variety of sizes available at really good prices!I'm actually ready for my forth order in few minutes ! Would totally recommend and use them again! ❤❤❤

I bought from this company about two weeks ago simply because they said they dispatch within the next business day. They did... but it seems they never dropped it off with Royal Mail...A week later still no update from the Royal mail still says that the seller hasn't dropped it.I tried to contact them... no reply. I tried again, lets see how it goes.If I get a refund or a reply, I'll change my review but as of right now, this is a hot mess. I have a business to run and I just wasted money relying on these people.

NEVER EVER ORDER WITH THEMHonestly disgusted by this company.Never ever dealt with a company like this. Item received damaged, contacted themselves and answered a number of questions which also insinuated I was lying, no apologies on their behalf. After this back and forth, I requested a refund than a “top up” of the amount of oil lost. Never heard back. Got PayPal involved in the end. The company also kept saying I have to pay for return delivery/return delivery wouldn’t be refunded. After reading out Goods Acts, they agreed that I could pay for the return postage and it be reimbursed but silly me believing this as they now haven’t replied to my last 10 emails showing proof of postage receipt for reimbursement.
