Angel Nails And Spa!

I get gel nails done regularly. They are always neat and last the longest I have had done anywhere! Fab customer service and great at walk ins.

My first visit and the service was excellent. I have never had such a beautiful French manicure. It was done quickly and efficiently and was very well priced. I’ll definitely be back.

I booked for my daughter and I to have acrylics and normal colour done for a wedding. I wanted mine short (for work purposes) and my daughter wanted hers a natural colour.They fitted us in and did a brilliant job. Quick, professional efficient. The lady and gentleman who did them were so friendly.I really recommend getting your nails done here, and if we were local, we would be going regularly as they were very good value.

The lady who did my nails was very friendly. My nails were finished to a very high standard. I'd highly recommend this place.

Just back from having my nails done at Monmouth Nails salon, (next to the Bee Shop top of town) and I would highly recommend anybody to give it a go. There's a really nice guy who owns it with his wife/partner and I can honestly say it's the best nail paint I have ever had.Will definitely be going back. :)

I’ve used Angel nails for the past few years. I’m always very pleased with the results. They always create the design I want. The salon has just been refurbished and looks amazing. Great family run business, very friendly and professional. Recommend for sure !

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I went in for an acrylic infil and paid £35. I came in with orange nails and asked for an infil with pink nails. The lady just painted over the orange and didn’t even bother to file the nail down. I left with pink on top and the orange from my previous set around the edge of the nails and underneath the nail. I politely messaged saying I wasn’t happy with how they looked and could I come back the next day to sort the orange that was left. When I went back I was shouted at the whole time I was in there and told that if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay an additional £43 as it was entirely my fault. I was told that I was the only awkward customer they had ever had and that all other customers have always been happy with one colour on top and an old colour underneath the nail. The lady spoke to her husband the whole time evidently slating me in a room full of other customers. I was so polite when I said I wasn’t happy, wasn’t rude at all, but I was met with nothing but rudeness and aggressiveness in return. Angel nails clearly can’t take criticism very well and could perhaps do with some training in social skills and perhaps need to re-do their nail training courses as well. Absolutely appalling service and I have never been treated in such an appalling manner as a paying customer. I will not be returning and I will be sure to spread the word about the horrendous service I received.

I didn’t enjoy my experience. I explained that I only wanted my nails french manicured with a varnish and not gelled either or filed as the growth of my nails has slowed down to practically nothing. Anyway the guy either didn’t understand or thought he’d do it his way! He started filing my nails and I thought he was perhaps tidying them but no he filed them down and I could have cried. Then he put what I thought was a base coat on and it wasn’t, it was a gel and his wife then yelled she doesn’t want gel. The finished look was a white tip on round nails. Not pleased and won’t go back.
