Avoid !!! I ordered four sim cards for our family mobiles wanting to stay on the EE network due to signal at home. For over a week now PlusNet has been unable to port across our numbers. I have spoken to them three times and started an email complaint but all they can say is they will try again. I've had the pac codes but now the number I have had for over 20 years is lost in the ether. I can't use my phone as an MFA device as I can't get text messages and my number is on my email footers and business cards. The complaint I have raised will be answered in another week!! The best I can say is they are polite but the actual service is p poor.Update; my number was lost for just over a week. My previous supplier couldn't revert as they had passed the number. I am uping to two stars as the contact who dealt with it was good although pretty powerless. She did a good job in a bad situation. I am now switching away.

So 2 months ago I closed my broadband account with you. 1 month later and I was still being charged. 3 phone calls later and I still haven't been refunded! So annoyed with your terrible business standards that I cancelled my mobile contract with you.Amazingly, you're still charging me for that too! Have just waited in the queue for 30 mins, just for you to immediately hang up when I got through. Are you really this incompetent or just incredibly unscrupulous

Don't phone them up to renew or get a new contract without first looking up the best online deal from a price comparison website. Otherwise the salesperson will go down on price and make you think you've got a good discount, but actually you're paying way too much.I recently renewed an 18 month contract for broadband and phone and the best deal I could negotiate was £33.95 per month down from £39.95 normal price. A couple of weeks later a relative managed to get a similar package for £21.95 per month. The only difference is that weekday daytime calls are not included in theirs.I phoned and asked if I could have a better price as a close relative has got a similar package for £12 per month less. The salesperson wouldn't do anything. I asked to speak to the supervisor but he wouldn't pass me over. I'm locked into the contract and it will cost upwards of £200 to exit.I asked why when two people tried to negotiate the very best price, one was offered a much better deal than the other. They could not give an acceptable answer to this. They said they can only deal with my account and not someone else's, that prices change (in two weeks?) and that I agreed to that price at the time.I suggest you check on a price comparison site and research the best deal in advance. Only call them when you have this information to hand. If they won't match it, refuse their offer and say its too high until you're about to put the phone down. When you negotiate normally they're not giving the best price, so you have to force it from them.

Be aware Plusnet have 0 customer service cancelled contract and tried to charge me fee. The UK needs to step in on business discrimination committing fraud on an industrial scale spoke to 6-8 advisers literally doing there best to cost me as much as possible be very aware of the criminal methods of UK business today. This is civil war against public by business, the rich and employed or unions pretending to be at odds but just not doing what they should and getting paid. This is class discrimination and a civil war against the poor and self employed. Absolutely disgusting doing business with Plusnet and you are simply criminals conducting fraud on recorded calls. Broke my dpa when it suits them and re-write contract limitations to their own financial benefit. Be warned!

Plusnet are a bad company! I needed to cancel my contract as I was moving house but wasn't ready to move into our new house and they wouldn't just pause my account until I moved in. They said it was fine to cancel and they didn't explain that there was a cancellation fee which I would have been fine to pay then wouldn't speak to me. I rang them 3 time and sent numerous emails for a manager to speak to me and all I got was a manager would call me back. Then instructed bailiff to chase me for the payment while I was waiting for a manager to call me.Plusnet is a sister company of BT and they all think this is acceptable practice of instructing bailiff to bully people into paying bills without discussing unacceptable charges.Do not use them!I'll still be awaiting Plusnet's response

Never have I had the displeasure of working with such an incompetent set of people who work for Plusnet. After hours of phone conversations I have still not had my complaints taken care of and trying to contact specific people in the organisation is well nigh impossible.

Still trying to charge me after moving to different provider months ago.poor customer service no email or direct contact unless you have the time to wait on the phone.posted letter to head office month ago-no response.
