Unfortunately I had no choice but to use this company (insurance). Took longer than they stated and did not update me, Finally got my vehicle back to be informed that one of their employees had caused damage to my Vehicle (3 dents on the vehicle roof). Noone has been in contact with me to sort this issue/damage out despite them knowing about it and that they caused it. Contacted them to discuss this issue but informed that a manager would contact me to discuss. Still waiting and tried to contact them several times since. Terrible service and simple don't care about their customers or their vehicles.Would give no stars if it were an option!

Friendly staff and did a good repair but drained all my petrol. There was about half a tank when handed over and was empty when I collected.

So far I'm not happy with the service, I get that when a car is in for repair after an accident that there may be delays, however I was told id have my car back on the 14th of November, however it's now the 30th of November and I still don't have my car, neither have they bothered to contact me since the 9th of November, all I can say is it's rather unprofessional, I have tried to call them several times during this time frame but not once have they bothered to get back to me, I don't know if they even still have my car or if its vanished off the face of the planet

Wow how many managers to change a lightbulb ?? Nice new cars for the mangers . More managers than staff . Company's house say there account is overdue good work Mr Nash. They never pay there bills , according to Tomo my parts are awaiting to be paid for .

Do not use A & J service they tell you one week it takes three weeks. If you’re insurance advise you to go to A & J repair center do not!!! go to your preferred repair center. Get the estimate send it to the insurance.

Bodge Job Specialistsour car went in before Christmas... and without any contact until Feb came back in such a poor standard.... I allowed them the chance to rectify the issues only for the car to come back worse than before with extra damage incurred to the car..... after a call from the GM and also a complaint with my insurance company the car was taken back for all the work to be rectified (overspray all on the underneath of the car).... however.....a few months down the line and some bad wet weather has now revealed..... wait for it...... Masking tape used to cover the overspray and then painted over.....I've now had to call my insurance company again to lodge yet another complaint against these crooks.AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Car went in for a simple seat cable fix, yet they were incapable of performing this task without creating severe damage to the door sill, weather guard, paint trim and internal components as you can see from the photos. All they had to do was take the seat out and fix a broken cable so god knows why they made such a mess of it!! There was also damage done to my arm rest and original seat as they caked the thing in oil and grease, told me they would clean it but did no such thing. They repaired the damage free of charge, but wouldnt refund me for the initial cable fix that led to this whole situation, i would tell everyone to avoid this company. Plus poor communication i had to chase them for any sort of update. Completely useless.

My experience at Page Portsmouth was great! I was passed to Page by Axa after an accident for which I needed a bodywork repair. I was able to book the car in on a date that suited me, the courtesy car provided was really clean and tidy, and the repair was completed quickly and to a high standard. I was able to get in touch with them when needed, but with their repair tracker provided I didn’t feel the need to. Ince completed, the car was cleaned inside and out before being delivered to my home. It took 8 working days. All in all a great experience.

Do not use them they always have excuse for their failure if your insurance advise you to use them don't do it go to the BodyShop that you prefer
