I had the pleasure of working with Hannah for an entire year, and the experience has been nothing short of life-changing. As someone who had zero prior experience with the gym, I was apprehensive about embarking on this fitness journey. However, with Hannah’s expertise, guidance, and unwavering support, she helped me not only overcome my initial fears but also achieve goals I never thought possible.Hannah’s professionalism and enthusiasm is outstanding; I left every session feeling confident, happy & focussed on my goal. She has a wealth of knowledge and will ensure you not only maintain the correct form on exercises but teach you the benefit of each exercise so you feel confident doing them independently. Our sessions were always fresh, challenging, and effective.Over the year I’ve lost weight, tripled my strength and now I’m 2 dress sizes down. But the biggest change for me has been the profound impact on my mindset and overall attitude towards fitness. Because of Hannah I now genuinely enjoy exercising and challenging myself to get stronger and fitter everyday (something I never though I’d say!).To say that I highly recommend Hannah would be an understatement. If I could give Hannah more than 5 stars I would. When I began my fitness journey with Hannah, I had very little confidence or knowledge when it came to the gym. I would avoid certain exercises and always ended up giving up thinking that the gym wasn’t for me. Hannah has completely changed my perception due to her infectious enthusiasm, knowledge and friendly attitude. Each session is tailored to me and I have noticed a huge difference in myself in just a few months. Hannah’s approach to fitness and dedication to our sessions has changed how I view working out and I now feel that exercise is something that I look forward to rather than dread. I would recommend Hannah to anyone looking to get into fitness or expand their knowledge with a personal trainer, she really is the best!

Hannah is absolutely AMAZING!!!! She has changed my life for the better, not only have I grown stronger physically I’ve grown stronger mentally too, my confidence is better than ever alongside my actual health and it’s just the most amazing journey to be on with the most amazing person. She is so engaging, encouraging and motivating, pushes you to be your best self, upbeat, bright and bubbly personality has you smiling each session, takes into account personal preferences and my needs! Completely at ease and comfortable with her from the day I started. For personal reasons this is the biggest change in my life and the biggest positive change that I’ve needed for a long time and that change was kick started by Hannah and continues to be strengthened every day!I enjoy my weekly sessions and I’ve found something I genuinely love again plus someone really awesome to train with! I’m so excited to continue training and becoming the best version of myself yet. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Hannah because she goes above and beyond!

I’ve been with Hannah for over 4 months now and she has transformed me! I had never been to a gym before nor really done any exercise so I signed up with Hannah to improve my fitness, lose weight and become healthier. Since then my mindset has changed completely and I’ve fallen in love with exercise! Hannah is extremely professional, very friendly and an incredible motivator. She knows exactly when to push you and when to rest - I really look forward to every session I have with her. With her help I have achieved so much that I never would have believed I could do and gained confidence. In between sessions, she sets easy to follow workouts that I can do independently and always replies quickly to any questions I have. I am so pleased I signed up with Hannah, I wish I had done it sooner!

Hannah is amazing ! We set short and achievable milestones and I’ve been hitting each one! I was initially worried I wouldn’t be able to do the right form at home but with Hannah’s support I feel comfortable working out alone and in a gym! Her personality is her USP! We discussed her background in dance and could bond over this, I am over the moon with my results and her support !

Hannah is such a giving and supportive presence in sessions. I really struggled with gym confidence as everything felt very new and I wasn’t sure what weight to be working at. She took all of those worries and helped to get rid of them - it took a little bit of time but knowing that there’s someone on your side makes it so much easier.Her belief in you comes out in her adding an extra couple of reps or pushing the weight up ever so slightly, letting you believe that you can achieve more. I love being pushed and it makes you want to push yourself further. Hannah really takes her time in getting to know her clients - it’s such a joyful way of working as you have a beacon of knowledge you can go to to help problem solve a solution.I’m a huge advocate for her work and her company ethos. If you’re looking for a place to start or to advance get in touch with her. You won’t regret it.

Hannah took away the guesswork from my workouts, and gave me a plan best suited to my goals and lifestyle. In the last four months, I have lost weight sustainably while my strength has increased. It is extremely easy to work with her, she is very approachable and an amazing motivator! I feel more confident about my form and technique now, and this has enabled me to follow the workouts outside of the sessions. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!
