Big Dogs

Most hot dog stands let you add the sauces yourself. You have the liberty but most people like me do not know how to do it properly and ruin their dogs. This stand does it for you. The way the staff did it taught me how. That's to draw a straight line with mustard and then zigzags with ketchup. So the ratio of ketchup to mustard was right (we need more ketchup than mustard) and evenly spread across the length of the dog. Btw, you have choices of sausages and 5 other ingredients: cheese, jalapeno, onions, pickles and last but not least, sauerkraut.
