Having been trusted from my employer to find a security company that could offer us bespoke security packages ranging from: - Training of foreign government forces to close protection for visiting heads of state and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.I had met with numerous companies who did not meet the criteria of what I was looking for. Then I received a phone call from a personal friend who is serving within the British Military (UKSF), who put me in touch with the head of the specialist division of Proficient". I was then invited to meet him along with the CEO of the company to discuss what they could offer me.After leaving the meeting I was confident that Proficient was the company of choice to deliver my requirements.Proficient then went on to design and deliver the packages I had requested

After joining Proficient Security in June 2016 I have seen first hand how hard all the team have worked to correct any errors made by the previous team, The management will often go above and beyond for the guards and are dedicated to moving the company forward.Personally I have been made to feel very welcome by the team and look forward to seeing the company's continual growth.

Typical day at work would start with complaints about unlawful wage deductions and would end with complaints about pensions.Nothing is ever done to deal with any of the issues, senior management doesn't care.The hardest part of the job - working with incompetent and arrogant people who don't care about their staff at all.Most enjoyable part of the job - leaving the company.

Absolutely terrible company!!I work for them on their Bramford site in 2016 and the way I was treated was bad... I was underpaid and owed nearly £1200 in money! When I raised problems with the head office, the staff said they were unable to help me and goodbye. I quit this company in March and still don't have me p45 or contract but I heard through the friends and gaurds that the made all office staff redundant which is very bad.I woiuld not work here again unless very in need of money

I had worked with Proficient Security for almost four months from March 2015 to July, 2015. I never seen a dodgy and fraudulent security company like them. It still owes me more than £5000 wages and not paying. I had worked with VSG and Kinghtsbrige Guarding the two premier security companies in London. never ever had any issue of wages but this proficient is worst and even i visited their head office, the MD is stupid and worst person in my experience.Its really matter of shame as replied after a year. Disgusting

Been working here for Proficient for around 3 months, I believe i started working here as the company were restructuring the management team. Great company to work for so far, co-workers are all friendly and good support network, management have been helpful and accommodating helping me pick up new roles within my job. No problems with payment or missed shifts so all looking good, glad to be part of the team here.

Seeing as they're have been ignoring our emails & calls for the past two week. We will publicly call them out on facebook. Why do you feel it's okay to ignore us? We have sent over 20 emails and called every day for the past two weeks.. all we want is for you to pay Chris the money that is stated in his contract that you would pay. We are now taking matters into our own hands and seeking legal help so instead of paying him £320 you be paying over £2000 to Chris. We have given you every opportunity this week. Chris was made to take his sick pay because you over worked him to the bone, he got very ill working rediculus and most likely illegal hours and you continue to make his life hell. I feel sorry for most of your employees and the amount of times you have under paid them or just didn't pay them at all. It doesn't matter if no one in the office reads this, but I hope people who are looking to work for you think twice!UPDATE. It's been a month since we've been trying to get into contact. After Dave from Bramford site told Chris he wouldn't be working for them now, we have just found out they haven't taken my partner off the books and is now owed 2 months worth of sick pay!!

Since joining Proficient Security in April 2016 and establishing the Specialist Division, we have gone from strength to strength. Conducting discreet protection and surveillance tasks weekly for our clients. We are now looking to 2017 where we will be conducting a large scale training project abroad.We are also continuing our growth within the UK offering bespoke security solutions which include Residential Security, Close Protection and Surveillance. We also offer Cyber Security enabling our clients to conduct their busy work schedules without the threat of becoming a target.Proficient Security will also being receiving a full make over, which will include development and face lift of our head office. Along with a full re-branding which is due to take place early 2017.

Avoid working for them. Worst Management. They pay you minimum wage, no sick pay, dodge holidays pay, take your breaks off. Pension deduction even tho I wasn't enrolled. When I resigned they cancelled rest of my confirmed shifts. Worst experience.
