I have recently had a bedroom fitted by Dale Jones , from start to finish it has been perfect customer service .Karen has been wonderful in helping us get everything just right as we wanted to add more storage space she made the whole experience easy. Craig the fitter is just amazing and the quality of the work is faultless , the actual wardrobes are extremely well made and of the highest quality , and a very reasonable price

Used Dale Jones after recommendations from friends. Absolutely over the moon with kitchen, dining area and media area. Dale was friendly, professional and helpful, designs were provided and then discussed with Karen in the showroom. Karen was brilliant friendly with good ideas and very helpful.Fitted within timescales agreed, fitters very professional and thorough. Is it your New Years resolution to get a new kitchen .... then look no further. I chose DaleJonesKitchens as I thought Dale would be honest and straight with me (he was) and he was willing to tackle an alcove in my kitchen that other companies wouldn't plus it speaks volumes that he has a company workshop instead of a glorified showroom. Inevitably this type of job involves a bit of trauma/hold ups/snags but these were all sorted in the end. Luke and Alex the kitchen fitters did a great professional job and were a pleasure to have working on the kitchen. Dales communication was good and I love the end result! We've previously had 3 kitchens fitted and the laminate on the doors of the one we had prior to engaging Dale Jones was bubbling. Couldn't really believe it was happening as It had only been installed just 7 years before. We decided it was so ugly that the only solution was a new kitchen. We also wanted to change the dirty old gas hob and replace it with a ceramic hob, and, as there's just the two of us, we would replace the inefficient double oven with a modern combi-microwave oven. We already had a Ninja Air Fryer, which we were using most of the time. In fact, we hadn't used the double oven for about 18 months, except to warm plates! So we decided an electric plate warmer would be a good idea. After reading all the positive reviews about Dale Jones Kitchens, we decided, as they were only 9 miles away in Bolton, that we'd take a trip out and look at the set up before making any commitment. We didn't want to chance making any expensive errors as we had done in the past. We were so glad we went to the workshop/showroom as it was lovely to see this nice, family run business working so well. We had a good chat with Karen, who runs the office and she showed us their lovely little showroom. She gave us a few samples to take home and we talked about one or two ideas. It was such a relaxed, non pushy atmosphere. We arranged for Dale to call round about a week or two later. When he came round we found him to be really pleasant and helpful, not at all pushy. He had a good look at the kitchen and suggested that, as the carcases were in good condition there wasn't really any need to go to the expense of a new kitchen, but instead a makeover would be sufficient. We hadn't seriously considered this option, but after further discussing this with Dale, it did seem like a very sensible idea. So we decided that's what we'd do. And we're so pleased with our new finished kitchen. The cost was better than we thought too. Craig, who fitted the kitchen has done an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble. The Neff appliances are fantastic and look great. What a lovely company to deal with. Everyone, from the boss down had the right attitude and I have no hesitation in recommending Dale Jones Kitchens if you are considering having anything done.

We went to various kitchen companies but had such a good feeling when we spoke to Karen . Absolutely lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble.Dale has clearly set a high standard his staff have to meet and believe me it shows .Our kitchen fitter Johnny Butler was just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, very little mess , fitted everything perfectly and tidied up after himself.Lads came to measure and then fit the worktops, totally professional and they look incredible.John came to fit the glass splash backs, total gent and they totally finish the kitchen off ( get them !)Every step of the way we met professionals who wanted to provide an amazing kitchenSo glad we found this company, it’s ran to the highest standards from initial contact to completion .Totally recommended!

We had a kitchen desinged and fitted by Dale Jones and from start to finish they have been nothing short of brilliant. The design and ideas they gave us were brilliant and even as the project developed they came up with more ideas. The installation was painless and Alex and Zack were so helpful. Very polite, and always happy to help. Dale visited a couple of times and even changea few bits to make the kitchen work better for us. Little extras thrown in, with no question. The photos are not our finished product, as decorating and filling all those cupboards need to take place, but you can see what an amaixng looking kitchen this is. Thank you to Dale and all of his team, they really have made our dreams come true with this.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, could not fault them in any way! From coming to our home to discuss what we were looking for and measuring up, to inviting us in to discuss option and see images of ideas, I would not look anywhere else. We shopped around and went to the 'usual suspects' like Wren and Magnet (amongst others) and Dale Jones Kitchens were by far the most attentive, constructive and keen to help you get what you wanted in-line with your budget. There were no hidden costs and everything is itemised, including options you could discuss / add if you wanted to.When we decided on what we wanted in terms of unit colour, style and worktops, they then gave us options of different appliances and advice on what went best with the kitchen. There is a plan in place to pay and the fitters are brilliant. No mess left at all and attention to detail was clear, even down to putting a bespoke window sill to match up with the kitchen! One big plus... everything is bespoke so no 'standard size' units to try and squeeze into a space, it's all made to measure. 100% on all counts.

we hired Dale Jones to refit our bedroom. They were extremely helpful and professional, they listened to us and provided suggestions that we hadn't considered. We tweaked the design a couple of times and it was never a bother. Dale came out to take the measurements and was very thorough and made a couple of suggestions again relating to size this time which we appreciated as we hadn't considered the impact of the other changes. He put us in touch with a builder to help prep the room, taking out the existing wardrobes and adding sockets amongst other tasks.the fitting went great, one day they didn't attend as there were a couple of doors with flaws on them so the fitter went back to have the doors recut for us.when it was fitted they had even included a light behind the headboard for us which we hadn't been aware of so was a fantastic surprise.we had a couple of snags but the fitter came out within 24 hours and confirmed the job, and within 2 hours had replaced the damage doors and fixed the drawers for us.cannot recommend this firm enough, everyone involved was so kind, helpful and friendly.just wish we had another room to fit!

We had hired Dale Jones Kitchens to fit a media wall/unit in our kitchen by recommendation of a friend. We are very pleased with the end result and was also quoted a lot better than other fitters. Thanks again Dale!
