Studio 9 Advance Treatments

Extremely professional staff. Staff were very efficient with my treatments. I was very nervous about having botox staff gave me lots of information and took time with person centred approach. I am very pleased with my results and would recommend this place to everyone outstanding aftercare will definitely be back. Thank you studio 9 for giving me my confidence back.

My daughter had two peircings done here. Fabulous service, very professional, everything explained beforehand, and made my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. Would highly recommend ☺️☺️

I have been going to studio 9 for a year so have my eye brows waxed and tinted and always had a fab experience. However last week I went and the lady who normally does my treatment was off so the owner done my treatment instead.I was left with half an eyebrow missing, and when I complained she denied fault claiming I was bolding!!No apology nothing... i won't be returning.

I would give -star for customer service and value for money, I'm really not expecting this to appear on Lynette's Studio 9 website or other places I will post this but if it does please avoid this salon at all cost. They falsely advertise a lower price to get you in then charge for advance treatment before they even start work. You are told its top-ups which is needed as her work is purposely underdone so a top-up is needed very quickly. I was drawn in with offer on Groupon and had paid £79 for eyebrows which I was told on ringing Studio ( this was an old advert and she had tried many times to update but no luck, I had to pay another £49 for top-up even though I hadn't had any work done. I was then told about the eyeliner which cost £79, I booked in 3 weeks later and the cost had risen to £89, I excepted this reluctantly due to the cost of everything rising. I was told the eyeliner would last years and no need for a top-up, Lynette said she would do it thinly and if it wasn't thick enough I could return and she would redo it - at no point was I told this was a top-up, I was thrilled with the results leaving the shop and followed the after care as instructed, within 3 days the eyeliner had gone, I contacted Lynnette as she knew I wanted this eyeliner for my holiday which was 2 weeks away, I was told it will get darker as the week goes on - well it didn't. Lynette asked me you go to her shop after my holiday which she would redo it, I had to book time off work and cost of travel then when I got there she wanted more money stating it was for a top-up. I refused to pay as I had already paid £79 and thought she should rectify her shoddy work. I left after her behaviour became insulting. She is just false advertising lower prices to get you in but please please avoid this place unless you like getting ripped off - My £7 waterproof liquid eyeliner lasted longer than her treatment .

Absolutely Disgusting customer service and treatment ! I turned up to my appointment to have eyebrows micro bladed at 10.30am. I waited 40 mins for treatment to start! Because they were to busy ringing other customers and trying to find their dog. I paid for micro blading, to be told my skin wasn’t suitable … even though iv had them done for years. So the woman went ahead with powder brows because it was quicker for her to do ! I wanted micro blading not powder brows ! Thought I’d try out this place because my lady who previously done mine has fallen very ill, and unable to carry on with business. Then came the rudeness and insults one being , are you from ely? I stated no. Then was you wear loads of make up… followed by is it Estée Lauder foundation you wear? Because it drys out your skin. Oh your skin is very dry and tough! No wonder we can see wrinkles! I’m 31 years old mind ! Then moaned for 45 mins of treatment of how she had to keep going over my brows because they kept bleeding, and moaned of how long they took the whole treatment! Then finished, to be told to pay upfront fee of £59 for top up the excuse was just to make sure you come back because no one else does ….! Now I know why I have 2 very wonky eyebrows! And red was the colour she had used on me not dark brown! Very angry and upset of how the treatment went and how my brows look ! And how I was spoken too ! Luckily Iv had a refund from groupon! Now they owe me £59! I’m going to wales online to show them they have ruined my brows in the colour red !!! May aswell ask my daughter to draw them in red pen look soo bad. Had my eyebrows topped up yesterday in the Caerphilly shop (micro blading) absolutely love them, different member of staff did them this time, sorry didn't get her name, but she did a fantastic pain free job, wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend them

I've not used the services in the new premises yet, but as a past customer I can truly say that the services I recieved have always been of the utmost professionalism each and every time. I have always found they're prices reasonable along with very immaculate premises to visit. The staff are friendly and truly look after there customers. To add, the staff are very experienced in they're line of work and will always go above and beyond to satisfy there customers. Very refreshing to see such expertise within a business today. I highly recommend that if you require such services as this business has to offer, then I would definitely recommend a visit to studio9 advance treatments in Tredegar and Caerphilly.

I booked in with Kirsty to remove a facial thread vein. Lynette was very welcoming on arrival into a smart, clean, modern environment. Kirsty was very professional explaining the procedure, giving me all options, making me feel at ease. After completing the relevant paperwork the process was completed within 5 minutes. It was painful but bearable and the difference afterwards was unbelievable. I arrived with red lines on my nose and left with none. Thank you both. 5*
