Fabulous instructor- I’m a total newbie and Pauline is so patient and gives really clear directions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed class in a lovely environment.

Loved the experience of online pilates in my own home, it’s not hard to keep up, but you do try harder and I could feel my hips and abs the next day!

Really enjoyed Pauline's classes for a few years until I moved out of range of these excellent Pilates sessions. Still miss them.What I particularly liked was the subtle changes on a week by week basis. They weren't immediately apparent but over a period of a couple of months you'd notice how many different moves had been introduced.Some other classes I went to quickly became 'samey' but this definitely didn't apply to Pauline's approach. Each week presented a different challenge. Always fresh. Even after 12 or18 months you will still be challenged in ways you probably never imagined. Thoroughly recommended.

Pauline is an excellent instructor, who is both dedicated and knowledgeable. She tailors her classes to fit both beginners and advanced. She is supportive and encourages everyone to work at their own pace. I highly recommend her classes! :)
