Bests Estate Agents

Well, what can I say - they are called Bests for a reason, they are THE best! Alex, Sue, Terry and Dawn were amazing from start to finish. Wonderful people to deal with and so professional but with a sense of humour. We sold our house for the price we wanted within a few days and they also tipped us off for the house we bought so we were the first to see it. Due to circumstances beyond our control, moving day was delayed and we were updated regularly and Alex was chasing all the time to complete. The team really went above and beyond - Terry even came out to deliver the keys to us. Fantastic service from a lovely bunch of people - what more could anyone want.

Can't recommend enough. My house was under offer in 1 day!. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly team. We would definitely use Bests again.

I highly recommend Bests as they have been fantastic all the way through the process of selling my house. From the very first appointment to completion, you really do feel like they care and want you to get the fairest price for your property. After problems with my original buyer, Terry managed to find me another buyer straight away. Without his help, I may not have been in my new house in time for Christmas! So thank you very much to Terry and his team for everything. Do not hesitate to seek out their help in selling/buying. They really are THE BEST! !

Very disappointed to deal with this agency, especially the gentleman who answered the phone, who spoke to me like I was a piece of **** rather than a legitimate buyer. I viewed a house on 6th Jan 2023 at Handforth Lane, Halton Lodge, Runcorn. I told the company I would be going away, doing numbers and coming back with an firm offer. In the space of 3 working days, I obtained a mortgage in principle, and checked with the council that it would be viable as a HMO with regards to local legislation. To my amazement they put the house under offer, without even speaking to me. If I was the vendor of that house, I would be disgusted with conduct of that agent.As a responsible investor (14 property portfolio), before I make offers, I do my numbers and checks. I hope this house goes through for the vendors sake, but I would personally not deal with this agency again, nor would I view anything with them again.If I was the vendor, I would have wanted to wait for the offer, to get the best price, so I wonder if the vendor was actually ever told I had viewed or was making an offer....I personally doubt it.

Fantastic service, Alex and team were highly professional and went out of their way to assist.I have been watching Best's listings on Rightmove for over 10 years and the advertising is excellent and a very high standard .Alex is a brilliant negotiator and spot on with valuation and projection.This is the very BEST estate agent in our area and I highly recommend them and would only use them in the future.

We sold our property via Bests and they were amazing, really helpful and very responsive.We had a bit of a nightmare with the solicitors on the purchase side which was holding up the sale and Alex at Bests was great, he done everything he could to chase everyone involved to try and push things along. He was always on hand to provide us with an update and to provide his professional advice. The delays with the solicitors drove us mad but Alex was always on hand to keep us calm.Excellent service from a great company, I would definitely recommend.

I had a house to sell. I read the reviews on Bests website and also saw a lot of Bests boards with sold on them on our estate. I rang up and Alex came to look at the property. We discussed a price and a fee and were happy with the terms. The sales pamphlet was good and the house sold really quickly. More important to me there was never any pressure or hassle to use them and Alex and the team actually listened to and met our needs. They were always ready to answer any questions and offered help with any problems we had. I would highly recommend them.

Bests are a family business and they were absolutely brilliant all of them. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only was Alex very professional he was a really nice guy, always helped us with any questions that we had which made the whole process a lot easier. Would 100% recommend them if you want people that are helpful and still believe in good customer service, cant thank them enough.

I have had 2 dealings with Bests and both times they have been the best estate agents we could ask for. The first time was when I was placed in charge of selling my mums house, so when we decided to sell another property we had no hesitation in chosing Bests again. They are friendly, professional and do everything they can to make the process as easy as possible. While things were difficult under lockdown they dealt with it all smoothly and in a professional manner to achieve the best price for our property, Thank you to Terry and his team for providing such an excellent service.
