I had to change my car unexpectedly, Tia-Alyce Bolden 1 of the car sales persons at Lookers was so amazing by helping me to get the right car and a really good deal, nothing was to much trouble from the whole team including Charlie senior salesman .All the team were friendly and happy which made the whole experience very relaxed and worthwhile. I cannot speak highly enough of Tia for the help and advise that she gave me. A Huge Thank You.

Absolutely 1st class service, Tia was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish unlike another main dealer not that far away where you are simply ignored, we were greeted with a friendly welcome then left alone to look at our leisure until we were ready.We saw the car on Saturday afternoon and it was ready for collection on Monday in immaculate condition, all our questions were answered and our feeling was that we could take our time, there was no hurry.Would highly recommend this dealership and would have no hesitation in using them again.

What an amazing service we had when buying our new car Kuga ST line, thank you Ben. We part exchanged our old Kuga, had a choice of lots of purchase options all explained to us. We didn’t feel rushed and all the staff were very friendly. A lovely little garage, not surprising there were lots of customers in there both times we were in the show room. The car when delivered was spotless and Ben also took the time to explain how the audio screen worked (to set up phones etc). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben and Lookers South Woodham, thank you so much.

Customer service provided needs some improvement, text messages about progress of the car arriving hours after the car was picked up. No explanation of the bill unless I asked. No call when the car was ready and had to call to see if it was. We use lookers in SWF as we live in SWF and like genuine parts used but if we had the choice we wouldn't.

Fantastic service and one hell of a motor.From start to finish, Ben Gooding was incredibly helpful, professional and did all that he could to get me the best deal possible.The car was delivered quickly and in immaculate condition.Having never bought a car from anything other than a local dealer where I could go and see the car, I was a bit nervous, but I shouldn’t have worried.Special mention to Tia too, who helped in Ben’s absence.Right, where’s that sport mode button.

I arranged to collect the car (I live 170 miles away), communication with Charlie was easy and straightforward, and I then picked up the car from James, who again was very helpful and easy to deal with. Really disappointed, Lookers Woodham Ferrers were so helpful at the start but now they can’t resolve the problem, they’re not interested and won’t help. They advised me that there is a fault with Fords brake pads and lots of the Ford cars squeak and can’t be fixed. I’d like this issue to be escalated.
