Pankration Grappling School
Been training here for almost three months now. I was not very confident to train again after major injury from a bike accident but everyone here is friendly and considerate. I feel safe to slowly rebuild my physical strength and mentality without worrying about injuring myself again. Coaches are encouraging and inspiring. Enjoy every sesh here!

You learn something new every day in Jiujitsu, grappling or Judo & this is the place to go if you want to get to grips & grapple with seriously funny but warm-hearted warriors, it throws the rest of the competition off the mat. Electric atmosphere in the air here, yet everyone's down to earth... literally. Flipping awesome.

After trying various local clubs offering martial arts and having no luck we are so glad we found Charlie & PGS! The sessions are fun, dynamic and engaging and Charlie’s expertise is evident by how much Leo has learnt in only 5 sessions. Since starting juniors judo Leo’s confidence has improved massively. He is extremely excited to go & comes out beaming. Really reasonably priced sessions with lots of options across the week. Thanks Charlie!

Couldn’t recommend this club enough.I was initially very apprehensive walking into the first class being a complete beginner. Made to feel extremely welcomed by everyone involved with Charlie, George and Rob making sure each session is enjoyable but hard.Classes are mixed in gender, age and standard.

Absolutely excellent club. Lots of very knowledgeable members, who have been training no gi jiujitsu and judo for 10-15+ years. Incredibly friendly bunch, have made a lot of good friends and everyone is willing to take a minute to help you out with a technique if you aren’t sure, or staying after the class to get a few more reps/drills in. Very special off the mats as well. Couldn’t recommend more, 10/10

Amazing club with amazing friendly members. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always willing to give extra time to help you understand the moves. Been training a year with them and I feel like part of the family. Highly recommend.

Since starting jiu jitsu nearly 4 years ago I’ve trained at multiple different clubs and PGS is by far the best I’ve ever come across. You won’t find a more welcoming and friendly gym that accommodates anyone that walks through it’s doors. There’s no ego’s like you get at other clubs, only a group of people learning grappling together. If you’re thinking of starting BJJ or Judo, PGS is the best place for it!
