Greenacre Luxury Cat Hotel

Great place with plenty of room for your cat. Our cat stayed in the one of VIC rooms which was amazing! Owners were super lovely, very helpful and were super quick when replying to emails. Can’t recommend Greenacre luxury cat hotel enough and we will certainly be using them again.

Cannot recommend Gemma and the team at Greenacre enough! My 2 cats absolutely love their stays and have been going for almost a year now. They have everything they could ever need and more! It’s such a comfort when we’re away knowing the cats are happy and safe and getting lots of cuddles. There is nowhere like Greenacre everything is faultless. Great cattery, safe, clean and our little cat loves it. She is played with and doted on. I particularly love how their rooms are heated, sometimes have games on the tv and calm music playing - it’s lovely!!

We have used Greenacre Luxury Cat hotel a few times now I’ve the last 12 months or so and I cannot fault anything. Gemma and Rob are friendly and reassuring, and so good with our precious boy that I wouldn’t leave him anywhere else. He seems to enjoy being there and doesn’t come home stressed or unhappy. I love the updates I get on him too whilst I’m away. Thanks guys.

This is the 2nd time I have booked my cat Jeffrey to stay at Greenacre Luxury Cattery. He has medical and dietary needs and these were taken care of with care and attention to detail.I have great trust and respect for Gemma the owners and her staff, who provides exceptional care.Jeffrey stayed in his own 5 star accommodation with his own garden and tree to play in providing a safe and stimulating environment.He did not want to leave when me and my husband came to pick him up.Each time he has come home contented and relaxed. This helps me to enjoy my break knowing he is in safe comfortable care .I have made a further booking and would recommend this Cattery as this is a luxurious place to board your cat.

Gemma and her partner were very welcoming when we visited Greenacre and decided this would be where Ginger stayed whilst we were on holiday. Whilst we were away Gemma kept us updated with regular messages and pictures of Ginger. Greenacre was spotlessly clean and we were able to specify what food Ginger would like best along with being able to take his own bedding and toys. I would highly recommend Greenacre xx

Our two cats stayed for 2 weeks and they where well looked after and have come home so happy, the cattery kept in touch to tell us how they where and sent pictures which was lovely, will definitely be using them again

Our first time leaving our 3 year old cat in any kind of cattery/hotel and we were nervous as Lily can be very shy and take a while to be comfortable around new people - plus we've heard some horror stories from other hotels! I can't recommend Greenacre Luxury Cat Hotel enough. Rob, Gemma and Jade were kind, helpful and brilliant throughout the whole process. Lily stayed for almost 3 weeks and came back relaxed and her usual self. I can tell she had a great time and was well looked-after as she was more than comfortable around the staff and looked so happy in the photo updates we received. Thank you again for looking after Lily so well, I will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
