The customer service is terrible!! Missing my duck with pancakes, but the women on the phone said I had it which I told her I didn’t then started to question me asking how many containers I have as if I’m lying!! This went on for about 45minutes!! Alls I wanted was my food delivered correctly!! Absolute terrible customer service! Never experienced anything like , i work in a restaurant and would never tell someone they are wrong!! Would never return didn’t even get an apology just got told I was wrong so rude not even an apology!! Would most definitely not recommend this place!!

Poor Chinese. Hung up during order which was a red flag. Over cooked food but lukewarm which is an achievement in itself. Staff couldn't care or less phoning up to complain don't care. Never use again.

Special Fried Rice was lovely but everything else was terrible. 2 phone calls made and 2 voicemails left, both went unanswered. The Curry was so salty it made the rest of the food inedible. Worst takeaway experience possible... And I've had A LOT!

I have eaten from here a few times. First was lovely and then it all went downhill from there, the cook is ignorant, the curry has a ring of oil surrounding it, pretty much everything is doused in oil, the chicken is stringy and fatty!It's a shame, was expecting it to be nice with being local, but unfortunately was a let down.Feel sorry for the front of house staff that sit there all night in the freezing cold.

I could not eat the wantons, prawn crackers or the chips.H/S noddles was ok , only eat 1/4 the rest of the order put me off

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery, rang to be told still waiting for the driver !! Last time we ordered it took ages too & then the order was only half delivered !!! Absolute joke !!!

Had placed a order realised the price he had given me was wrong to the price on their menu.Phoned him back to explain this and told him I was being overcharged.Then he put the phone down on me.Great customer service. (NOT)
