They done a good job, unfortunately, due to waiting for parts, it took a lot longer than I would have liked. Although I think this was out of their control. They fixed the bumper pretty quickly once they had the parts.

I DONT recommend at all leek branch is amazing. Longton not so. A 4 hour mirror replacement zero paintwork to do just replace . They Took the car Tuesday 28th March. NO REPLACEMENT CAR. NOW RETURNING MY CLASS 1 BUSINESS INSURED CAR TOMORROW FRIDAY 31ST. No drivers!!Avoid Longton branch..

The repair to the damaged areas on my car is spot on got no problems with.MY PROBLEM IS when my car comes back with damage to centre console and my leather seat ripped and they claim it’s wear and tear to the seat. They make out they take pictures of everything before they start work on it, so asked to see pictures. What a surprise they come back with sorry the picture doesn’t show that area of the seat. There is over bits and bobs on my paint work on my car what I could of easily said they have done that to, but no I didn’t I just want the damage they caused rectified. Also they expect me send my car back to them to change the centre console, not a chance am I risking so called wear and tear damage by themselves.

After someone had hit the side of my car it was sent here for repair and they have done a fantastic job can't even tell the car had been in a crash also kept me up to date with the repair

Very professional staff. Initially went to Alex and his colleague for a scratch. They did an amazing job quite promptly and also fixed a leak for free. Will definitely go back for future repairs.

They had my car 20 days hadn't even started the work, then rang to say it would be another week. Because I complained at 530 Fri they wrote my car off Mon 9am and said their was an extra problem with wheel. this was a lie. They did it because of malice. I went straight to a very stringent mot and asked them to check my wheel carefully. No problem at all with my wheel. They also wrote my friends car off for a dent in the boot lid. Both cars low mileage and full service history. Makes you wonder why the are busy writing off cars that shouldn't be written off. Don't go there .be warned!M AND M have replied but of course they have lied and made out this is a false review. I have letters to and from my insurance with all details of the problem I had with them. I am looking into what to do about there conduct with trading standards . Anyone doubting my authenticity note my number of reviews , I am also a retired police officer.
