The only time I go to this sainsburys is when I want check out the women" label clothes section where sometimes they have good fashion items by " women" i never go food shopping here my sainsburys i recommend is muswell hill its small store but always happy to help expression by staff there i been shopping there for 15 years .Friendly staff always helpful even if check outs closed their staff to help you on self serve check out or they do the scanning themselves if you are disabled . In day time you get at least three staff at the tills . But if you go to shop around 6.30 its self check even so they will help you straight away if machine gives you problem. Their not rude . Now its coming nearer to Xmas they will be well stocked . I had no problem with staff sometimes exchanged jokes too there is plenty lots nice food and my second shopping place for food is m& s love going there now that their prices are lower and I find nowadays m& s nowadays is cheaper prices then asda ."

I visit this shop every single day, and I've always found what I've needed.Unfortunately, one unacceptable thing I've noticed is the terrible management towards staff on the shop floor, especially degrading workers in front of others (e.g. me). Not only that, once the person had walked away, the manager/team leader continued degrading the person in front of other workers whilst I was within 5m range. My first job was working at a big ASDA and it was never like this. Sort it out #Sainsburys

Family member cut hand on sharp edge of freezer months ago they used gaffer tape as quick fix now the tape has gone and it is back to razor sharp edges on the handles what will it take for a change a kids finger in the freezer section instead of a fish finger ..Not to mention the plastic bag police checking receipts for a plastic bag payment is an insult.. if you don't want to take the risk on people not paying for a bag maybe you should have some tills actually open with staff on them instead of police woman in a Sainsburys out fit walking up and down the center of the self service til areaWhy would I need to beg for a bag when I have already walked round the whole shop managing just fine without any one handing me anything else I might of needed ..

Had a problem with the self checkout taking my money . Managers could not 100% tell I put the money in on cctv . They ( 2 Managers 1 security guard) pretty much told me they think I'm lying and would not show me the cctv. When I asked where the money went they responded with ... you tell us ". Then told me to calm down its only money.I made a complaint

Not enough staff to help when something goes wrong at till and it happens all the time. Unfriendly manager who has got to learn that mistakes made by his staff should not become the customer's problem.

Diabolical situation where there was only one member of staff to attend to the busy checkouts. I was told the reason is short staff. I think short staff is the symptom. The cause surely must be the new store manager who has driven away virtually every member of staff in the last 3 months. Area managers are complicit in turning a blind eye to the loyal moral.

Easy to park. Not crowded. Staff helpful. I think the management want to rethink their customer service policy. Only self service tills available. I asked if person till could be opened- not even a consideration now. Never a manager available. Why can't this supermarket offer both options.

I used to like this supermarket. It was friendly and just the right size. The last few weeks have been miserable. No staffed check-outs and everyone is stressed. What about disabled people? Where is the support? The motto now seems to be: make big profit, charge high prices, pay tiny wage rise to your staff, get your customers to do the work for you. Beyond depressing.

Self-service checkout only but staff are very helpful if, like me, you're not very good at it. Ample & free parking on-site. Argos shop next door.

The staff were friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant. It wasn't overcrowded, and it just felt civilised. It was really a pleasure shopping there. Usually, I absolutely couldn't wait to get out of a supermarket. This Sainsbury's, I took my time strolled around and looked at what was available. I felt welcomed, and the shopping assistants were a refreshing experience. They were quick to offer assistance and actively present. Even those packing made a conscious effort to not block access to the aisles or view of items on the shelf.
