When I decided to go down the route of invisalign, I was referred to Jackie in Newtownards. Jackie was so helpful and made the whole process a breeze. From start to finish Jackie helped with any questions or queries and is very knowledgeable when it comes to getting your perfect smile. I couldn't thank Jackie and her assistant enough and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it.

I had got the Enlighten Whitening Kit and I couldn’t be any happier with how my results turned out! It’s mind blowing how well this has worked! I have tried many teething whitening products before but nothing has ever worked as well as this! Having whiter teeth not only looks better but makes you feel a lot more confident, being able to smile with my teeth and not having to worry how they look! Overall I’m extremely happy and would definitely recommend this to everyone who’s thinking about getting their teeth whitened

I have just completed Invisalign treatment this week and am delighted with the results. Julie, Stella and the team were incredibly professional. Julie is a perfectionist and her calm efficiency put me at ease immediately. Excellent service.

I have been with Castlebawn Bangor for a number of years now, under the NHS and now private. We attended today as a family (my husband and two small children in tow, eek!) and I was a bit apprehensive as to how it would go.Kevin was amazing with all of us. He is patient, reassuring and incredibly helpful - I have come away with some really interesting and relevant information about dental health and ongoing dental care from this one appointment!We had a 3d scan, x-rays and a scale & polish which was all covered by our monthly plan, and the kids (who were both quite nervous at first) are already asking when they can go back.

Castlebawn Bangor, I cannot recommend them enough. I have been a patient here for a lot of years and though I am still a nervous wreck just because of past experiences with other practises this has been the longest time I have stayed at the same dental practise. The girls on reception are so friendly and helpful. I had a servre tooth ache and was seen within 2 hrs of making the phone call. My dentist Karin is the most down to earth lady, and talks to you like a friend would puts me at ease always explains what's happening and if I'm OK throughout the appointment would not go anywhere else. I have had so many good experiences at this dental practice. Laura is amazing, she is really friendly and I feel safe in her very capable hands.Everyone I have encountered have been really pleasant but I do have to mention Linda on reception, this lady has some of the best customer care service I have ever come across and it's very obvious to me that it just comes naturally to her.She is very welcoming, extremely helpful, very thorough, professional, so kind and such a happy pleasant lady. I did tell her my thoughts whilst I was there and I hope I made her feel as happy as she made me feel. She is an asset to the practice.Thankyou for making my dental visits very pleasant!

Changed my dental plan by email (sent late Friday night so nobody can complain for days). You get a worse service for the same price so fingers crossed Monday I can cancel the plan and go to a more honest dentist in Bangor.As this practice no longer employs a hygienist it simply cannot be considered fit for purpose. I do not recommend

A great practice to get any dental and cosmetic dental work done. Knowledgable, friendly staff, easy to get to and with a great communication system for appointments and treatment queries. I had Invisalign carried out here and I’m delighted with the results. A largely pain free solution to a great smile, all handled by an expert team who take the time to ensure you’re happy at every stage in the process. If you’re thinking about doing it, go for it!
