Rang ahead to check if they sold the new mission impossible steelbook sets so when we travelled to store I could surprise my husband on our anniversary. When in store I asked at the desk where they'd be as it's all a bit higgledy-piggledy in stores now. I was asked if it was 4k or Blu-ray and then without checking the system the guy in the pink bandada told me they didn't have them. Confused I checked the one I'd previously bought and confirmed it was both 4k and Blu-ray. He seemed to check the system and told me they only had two options and to look in the 4k section. After 30 minutes of wasted time. With no luck. My husband went and asked for the same thing and was told by the same person stood perhaps with his manager this time (tone of voice was completely different suggesting he's actually efficient and not caring of gender or the fact I was pushing a pram) that they hadn't been released yet. Having bought one previously I knew this to be rubbish so I'll go ahead and order the sequels on Amazon too. Happy anniversary to us.

Got fnaf books for cheap and they have great t shirt options compared to my local hmv :)I’m coming here again soon

Great store stocked with a massive variety of vinyls, CD and merchandise! Went in for some Kate Bush records and I was not disappointed. Also the cashier Libby, was very polite, helpful and friendly.

As an Anime lover i loved every merchandise here. They are 1UP arcade bosex too....nice ambience

I've always loved HMV, but there is less to tempt me to part with my money lately. Collectibles are a good idea, but would be nice if there was more variety and not just comic book and Pop vinyl related.

It's so nice to be able to shop for dvds and cds in Oxford hmv store, the staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble
